Smart Dust has been around since 9/11 via Morgellon's.
Don't hear too much about it anymore.
Oklahoma State was supposed to got the Federal grant to study it.
Last I heard (and I don't think you can find that info on their website anymore) is that people that suffered from Morgellon's had a specific gene that was shared with plants, and their bodies would reject the Morgellon's causing pain, itching, and the feeling of "bugs" crawling on your skin (of which psychiatrists and medical doctors use as proof that those people are suffering from Delusional Parasitosis.
