Lawfag of a few decades just heard a clear tell from the judge that he's going to quickly rule in favor of MTG when his first request after closings to her attorney was that he streamline all his arguments made in various filings "like your MOTION TO DISMISS" into one document "you know, in a form [of an order] that I can sign"!
Judges very rarely say this in an open court, let alone on the record, but many courts have their own rules, written or informally followed, that the parties draft up a proposed order, ruling or decision favorable to their case. Basically, the court wants the parties to do his or her work for them in the way of a draft. But saying it OUTLOUD to ONE PARTY ONLY….lol, that would have given me a "stiffy" if I was MTG's attorney! Yunno, a nod and a wink is the same to a blind man??
HAPPY HOUR TIME for MTG and Team Patriots!!!
