UPDATE: MPD Provides Update On DC Shooting, 4chan User Claiming Responsibility Uploads Video Targeting Children

A gunman in northwest Washington, DC has left at least three people injured according to the Metropolitan Police Department, with video evidence taken by the shooter himself purportedly uploaded to the infamous 4chan imageboard.

Warning, this post contains a link to a video allegedly taken by the gunman and depicts him indiscriminately targeting men, women, and children.

DC police say that the shooting happened on the 2900 block of Van Ness Street, northwest. A large contingent of officers are present at the scene alongside the city’s fire department, and members of the US Secret Service and ATF.

“At approximately 3:20 this afternoon…officers responded to the reported sounds of gunshots,” Assistant Chief Stuart Emerman told members of the media in a video update linked below. He informed them that three victims, two adults and one juvenile female, of the shooting had been transferred to the hospital and all of them are in stable condition.

When questioned about an alleged suspect who was seen by observers being handcuffed and taken away by responding officers, Emerman explained that a number of people present at the scene attempted to flee and suggested that the individual in handcuffs was likely detained for questioning and would be released if he had no involvement in the incident.

Police are actively combing the area searching for where the shooter fired from and would not confirm whether or not the department had recovered a shooting tripod at the scene. MPD believes that gunfire only came from one location, implying that they currently believe there was only one shooter.

On 4chan, shortly after the time of the shooting, a user posting under the name Raymond Spencer uploaded a video showing the crosshairs on a scope as it panned across a street and building shooting indiscriminately as his intended targets fled. “Oh God, please forgive me,” the user commented. Emerman indicated that MPD is aware of the video but has yet been unable to confirm whether or not it is linked to the shooting.

Judge Laughs, Appears to Facepalm as Marjorie Taylor Greene Points to ‘1776’ on Georgia State Seal as Clueless Lawyer in ‘Insurrection’ Hearing to Get GOP Firebrand Kicked Off Ballot Attacks MTG for Citing Nation’s Founding Year

The judge in the administrative hearing in Georgia Friday laughed and appeared to facepalm as freshman firebrand Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) defended her invocation of our nation’s founding year, 1776, by pointing to the Georgia state seal with “1776” on it hung behind the judge in the courtroom. Greene was facing down an effort by progressives to kick her off the November ballot for reelection by having her declared an ‘insurrectionist’ ineligible for federal office under the 14th Amendment over the January 6, 2021 Capitol riot. Greene has denied any involvement in the riot and has denounced the violence. Greene has also been a staunch supporter of the due process rights of the riot defenders.

Greene testified for about three hours. Plaintiffs attorneys did not evince any evidence to make their fraudulent case against Greene.

Section 3 of the 14th Amendment reads, “No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.”

The plaintiffs’ attorneys played a video clip of Greene on January 5, 2021, calling the GOP effort to challenge Biden electors at the joint session of Congress the following day on January 6 to count Electoral College votes a “1776 moment.”

Judicial Watch Sues State Department for Hunter Biden Documents

The Hunter/Joe Biden scandal isn’t going away. We just filed a FOIA lawsuit against the U.S. State Department for messages sent through the SMART (State Messaging and Archive Retrieval Toolkit) system that mention Hunter Biden (Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of State (No. 1:22-cv-01066)).

We sued after State failed to reply to a February 11, 2022, FOIA request for:

All cables/teletypes and email messages sent via the SMART system that reference Hunter Biden, excluding any records that consist solely of media articles or compilations.

In an email dated February 16, 2022, the State Department on February 16, 2022, acknowledged receipt of the request and asserted that the agency was invoking FOIA’s ten-day extension of time provision due to “unusual circumstances.” As of April 15, State failed to comply with our request.

Hunter Biden continues to be the subject of a federal criminal investigation in Delaware.

Here is the history of our Biden corruption investigation:

In December 2020, we uncovered Obama-era State Department records showing that the Ukraine prosecutor general was pitched “high-level” access to Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign by a firm linked to Burisma Holdings, a Ukrainian energy firm.

We also uncovered records showing that former U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine Marie “Masha” Yovanovitch had specifically warned in 2017 about corruption allegations against Burisma Holdings. During her November 2019 testimony in the impeachment proceedings against President Donald Trump, Yovanovitch told lawmakers that she knew little about Burisma.

In an October production from the State Department, we received records thattro included a briefing checklist of a February 2019 meeting in Kyiv between Yovanovitch and Sally Painter, Burisma’s lobbyist at Blue Star Strategies, and a Burisma executive. The briefing checklist noted that Painter also planned to meet with Foreign Commercial Service (FCS) Officer Martin Claessens “regarding the Burisma Group energy company.”

At the time of the meeting, Hunter Biden, son of President Joe Biden, was serving on the board of directors for Burisma Holdings, despite having no previous experience in the energy industry. Biden served on the board of Burisma until his term expired in April 2019.

In September 2020, we made public records that show George Kent, the Obama administration’s deputy assistant secretary of state in charge of Ukraine policy, which was copied to Yovanovitch, highlighting Russia-linked media “trolling” Joe Biden over “his son’s business.” An email was sent four days prior to the inauguration of President Donald Trump to a redacted recipient and CCd to Yovanovitch with the subject line “medvedchuk-linked vesti trolls Biden.” Kent writes: “Burisma – gift that keeps on giving. (With medvedchuk affiliated Vesti pushing the troll-like storyline on visit day)”

The State Department is unlawfully ignoring FOIA law to protect Hunter and Joe Biden. We have no doubt, given our prior finds, that the State Department has many secrets about Biden corruption tucked away.

The NCUA is, “an independent federal agency that insures deposits at federally insured credit unions, protects the members who own credit unions, and charters and regulates federal credit unions.”

A February 25, 2021, email from the Office of Minority and Women Inclusion (OMWI) to “All NCUA Staff” with the subject line “Inclusion and unconscious bias training now available” notes that an attached memo provides information about a “new, required training course” called “Inclusion at Work: Managing Unconscious Bias at the Office.”

The accompanying memo notes that the training unit was required for “All employees and contractors” as part of “required annual diversity and inclusion training.”

The memo states: “The NCUA is committed to building the diversity and inclusion competencies of employees to advance NCUA’s Strategic Objective 3.1 – to attract, engage and retain a highly skilled, diverse workforce, and cultivate an inclusive environment.”

In a February 10, 2022, email to “All NCUA Staff” from the Office of Minority and Women Inclusion (OMWI), all employees are invited to attend a “virtual OMWI Talk” where they will “watch a video and discuss the role our institutions and public policies play in shaping opportunities and one’s ability to accumulate wealth.” It notes that they will watch the film “Race: The House We Live In,” which is the “first film about race to focus not on individual attitudes but on the ways our institutions and policies advantage some groups at the expense of others. Its subject is the ‘unmarked’ race. We see how benefits quietly and often invisibly accrue to [the majority], not necessarily because of hard work, but because of the racialized nature of our laws, courts, customs, and perhaps most pertinently, housing.” The email describes OMWI Talks as a “safe place to have difficult conversations about race, identity, privilege, unconscious bias, cultural appropriation and a host of other thought-provoking topics.”

A July 12, 2021, OMWI email to all staff advises them to “Save the date” for the next OMWI Talk, which is titled “Deconstructing White Privilege.” The talk features a video from Dr. Robin DiAngelo, author of “What Does It Mean to Be White? Developing White Racial Literacy.” The email describes DiAngelo as an “anti-racist educator,” who has “heard justifications of racism by white men and women in her workshops for over two decades.” It continues, “This justification, which she calls ‘white fragility’, is a state in which even a minimal amount of racial stress becomes intolerable, triggering a range of defensive moves.”

Libs of TikTok has Gained 300,000 Followers Since Taylor Lorenz Hit Piece

The account is now just 60,000 short of one million followers

The Libs of TikTok Twitter account is approaching one million followers after Washington Post reporter Taylor Lorenz exposed her identity in a hit piece. The account has gained more than 300,000 followers since the piece was released earlier this week.

Libs of TikTok has become wildly popular for simply acting as a mirror for leftist insanity. The account shares videos, tweets and other documents of anything from liberals naming their cat after Dr. Anthony Fauci to sexual content being taught to kindergartners.

The account has been instrumental in shining a light on leftist indoctrination efforts in public schools, which no doubt led to the Lorenz hit piece.

Lorenz bragged about “exposing” the identity of the account’s anonymous creator in a tweet last week, then proceeded to do just that the following morning. Lorenz messaged the account owner and told her she was being “implicated” in “starting a hate campaign against LBGTQ people.”

The Washington Post reporter even contacted the Libs of TikTok creator’s relatives in the effort to “expose” her.

Although Libs of TikTok merely posts what leftists in schools have said themselves, the radical left has routinely labeled backlash over their own statements as “hate speech” that can only be remedied with aggressive censorship and politically motivated persecution.

The attempt from the Washington Post to silence the account now appears to have backfired spectacularly, as Libs of TikTok has gained over 300,000 followers since the Lorenz hit piece was released. It is now just 60,000 followers short of one million.

Ron Coleman, who is giving legal counsel to the account creator, has aggressively pushed back on falsehoods spread about the account creator in the aftermath of the story. After a fake tweet falsely attributed to Libs of TikTok was circulated by left-wing influencer account, Coleman threatened legal action if it was not removed. The tweet, which falsely accused the creator of defending pedophilia, was promptly deleted by all sizable accounts who had posted it.

A Social Credit System Aimed at Modifying Climate Change Behaviors is Being Deployed in Italy.

By 2023, authorities will attempt to modify citizen behavior using a digital credit system.

Italy will become the first European nation to implement a social credit system – where citizens will be rewarded for their “good behavior”.

Starting in the fall of 2022, the city of Bologna will begin a new pilot project. Citizens who display good behavior such as correctly recycling or using public transportation will be rewarded.

The Bologna municipality is deploying a “Smart Citizen Wallet” which will be the primary method for citizens to collect digital coins in exchange for behavioral changes. Based on the given scores, a person can also receive discounts for local shops.

The primary argument for this program is to “save resources” and promote climate friendly behavior.

As reported by Bologna Today, Massimo Bugani, the councilor for the digital agenda in the northern city, said that while no one will be forced to use this application, he expects a high user uptake. In its current state, the system will not be tied to others, such as online identification and social media usage.

Given the increasing interest by the European Union, some fear it is only a matter of time before more regions and nations will implement similar methods to solve “social issues”. Germany and Austria (ID Austria) have already accelerated their respective digital ID plans. Both countries are introducing new platforms to integrate more public services and IDs, digitize mail, and even national passports. These new measures have been introduced under the auspicious of solving “bureaucratic problems and [saving] resources.”

European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen has also expressed keenness over introducing ‘EU ID’, which would integrate national IDs with internet sign-ups.

In 2021, von der Leyen said: “Every time an App or website asks us to create a new digital identity, or to easily log via a big platform, we have no idea what happens with our data. That is why the Commission will propose a secure European e-identity. One that we trust and that any citizen can use anywhere in Europe to do anything from paying taxes to renting bicycles.“

Given the amount of data such a platform could log on every EU citizen, a looming privacy nightmare seems inevitable. The European ID Wallet app began its testing phase in 2021 and will also deploy in the fall of 2022.
