The Secret Service protects and defends the cabal's currency from counterfeit etc. Make a fake Roth note and the SS will come knocking.
Are they also the cabals secret police? Do they "guard" and "protect" our presidents for the cabal?
If you wanted to keep tabs on the POTUS, why not control the Secret Service then you can literately watch him 24/7 and report everything.
