Almost like they powered it up, and then it stuttered for a few hours?

Was "green background" for almost a day before it turned back on.

Now it's almost back to how it was prior to that?

Also anon isn't certain if the 10 am in the picrel aligns with BST from the Notable.

Anon also recalls a month ago, 3/21 was "countdown day" and anons were saying CERN would be turned back on, on 3/22. Turns out it's 4/22.
