The controversial Assembly Bill 2223 by Wicks is one of the main bills that the convoy members have opposed in recent weeks. As the convoy drove by the neighborhood in Oakland, people blocked the road, threw eggs and hurled insults at the convoy participants. The convoy which started in Adelanto, CA in February, traveled across the country to Washington D.C. and back to California. The People's Convoy is planning to stay near Sacramento, CA for at least a week.
