I see the date June 10, 2018 and a numerical mirror (13:4-13) as well as the verse itself references a mirror. Q left out several lines which state the "mirror" part but quoted the whole section 4-13.

Maybe you take a line on the outside of the pyramid (red numbers) and those are either timestamps or #'s of Q posts that correlate a message. Those Q posts or POTUS tweets may link by using the bracketed letters (Q posts) or the space/periods from POTUS tweets (like Morse code).
