Intentionally confusing young schoolchildren by inundating them with gender identity nonsense and the like should be considered a crime against humanity. It is an attack against the Biblical truth of Genesis 5:2 that when God created humans, “male and female he created them. He blessed them and named them ‘human.'” The gender identity movement is also an affront to common sense.

Ron Coleman, who was part of the Trump legal team and is a partner at Dhillon Law Group, has had enough. His firm represents “Libs of Tik Tok,” a Twitter account that exposes the far-left gender identity activists for what they really are: groomers.

The creator of LoTT remained anonymous until Taylor Lorenz, the Washington Post’s hypocritical internet culture reporter, wrote an expose in which she doxed the woman behind LoTT, publicly sharing personal information including her home and workplace addresses. Leftists try to suppress the First Amendment because they know full well that when their useful idiots go public, they look very, very bad to us common folk.

LoTT posts video clips of gender identity activists plying their trade on Twitter. The clips have been posted elsewhere on social media by the activists themselves. LoTT gathers clips into a freakshow forum.

LoTT is not a hit operation. It merely highlights what the crazies are saying about themselves. The site does little in the way of editing or commenting on the clips.

Coleman, an orthodox Jew, knows full well that lawyers who defend conservative causes face backlash.

Coleman is ready. He defended LoTT by threatening legal action against those who post false tweets about the LoTT founder. “The phony ‘tweet’ shown below is false and defamatory,” Coleman tweeted. “Our client never tweeted it. Legal action is being contemplated. Anyone with information concerning the creator of this fake tweet is invited to contact me.”

Charges Dropped Against Memphis BLM Founder Convicted of Illegal Voter Registration, Will Not Have to Serve Her Six Year Sentence

Charges have been dropped against the founder of Black Lives Matter Memphis who was convicted of illegal voter registration, despite the fact that she was already sentenced to six years in prison.

Tennessee prosecutors dropped all charges against Pamela Moses on Friday.

Moses was sentenced to six years and one day in prison in January for her 2019 scheme.

After being granted a new trial, prosecutors opted to drop the charges entirely — claiming that the 82 days she served in prison was sufficient.

“In total, she spent 82 days in custody on this case, which is sufficient,” said Shelby County District Attorney Amy Weirich in a statement. “In the interest of judicial economy, we are dismissing her illegal registration case and her violation of probation.”

Russia calls for ‘thorough investigation’ into mass grave near French base

Moscow expects Paris to aid in probes instead of using the occasion to tarnish the image of the Malian military

The Western media might be tempted to blame the Malian Army for alleged atrocities after a mass grave was found near a camp of the French forces in central Mali, the Russian Foreign Ministry said in a statement on Friday, as it called for a thorough probe into the matter.

“We support the decision of the Mali authorities to investigate the circumstances of this crime in the most thorough way,” the ministry said, adding that it expects “Paris to effectively contribute to the probes into murders and disappearance of the Malian citizens.”

The statement came just days after videos surfaced on social media that supposedly show a mass grave with dozens of bodies being discovered in a military camp once occupied by French forces taking part in Operation Barkhane in Mali and neighboring African nations.

The Malian Army (FAMA) confirmed late Friday that they discovered a mass grave near the former French camp in Gossi, central Mali. The French forces left the “advanced operational base” on Tuesday and handed it over to the Malian military. The base reportedly hosted hundreds of French soldiers.

For that year, Joe Biden collected more than 81 million votes in the presidential election, along with 306 electoral votes (270 needed to clinch).

And former President Donald Trump pulled in 74.2 million votes (232 electoral votes) — the highest losing tally in U.S. election history.

Lawsuit Filed Against Missouri School District After Autistic Teen Was Raped Twice By Other Students

A lawsuit has been filed against a Missouri school over two alleged rapes of an autistic student.

The complaint, which was filed on Friday, says that Wentzville School District officials failed to protect the high school student from the assault.

“Documents say Mary Doe was allegedly raped twice by students, once off-campus on Sept. 15, 2020, and again in a school bathroom on Jan 28,” according to a report from KMOV. “The lawsuit says Doe was home-schooled in order to remain safe, but when she returned to school, teachers failed to protect her from the second rape.”

The lawsuit also states that because of a series of health conditions, the teenage girl is never supposed to be left alone or unsupervised, which the school was aware of — providing further evidence of their negligence in protecting her.

The lawsuit was filed in the U.S. District Court in St. Louis.

School officials have not yet publicly commented on the lawsuit.

Maricopa County Supervisors Asked Candidates On County Attorney Appointment Application “Did The Board Of Supervisors Err In Certifying The 2020 Election Results?”

The Maricopa County Board of supervisors recently hand-selected a new County Attorney after the resignation of RINO Maricopa County Attorney Allister Adel on March 21st, 2022.

Allister Adel was silent on the stolen 2020 election in Maricopa County, where the Arizona Senate’s full forensic audit uncovered massive fraud and law violations in the 2020 election.

Former OANN host Christina Bobb called out Allister Adel on her silence back in December 2021.

Maricopa County released the following information on their website before choosing anti-election integrity Rachel Mitchell to cover up the County’s crimes.

The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors has invited three candidates running for Maricopa County Attorney to apply for appointment to the position in the interim.

The three candidates are Anni Foster, Gina Godbehere, and Rachel Mitchell, all Republicans who submitted the minimum number of signatures required to get on the ballot in the August primary.

US warns Russia of 'astronomical' nuclear price

Ukraine will not be left alone if Russia uses tactical nuclear weapons, Victoria Nuland said

Russia would pay an “astronomical” price should its President Vladimir Putin order the use of tactical nuclear weapons in Ukraine, the US Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs Victoria Nuland said on Friday, amid the ongoing Russian offensive.

In an interview for the Ukrainian outlet European Pravda, Nuland was asked to assess the possibility of Russia using tactical nuclear weapons. She responded that she could not rule out such a “catastrophic scenario” as Putin “has already ordered” what, she alleged, were “brutal war crimes,” and the world must be prepared for the worst. At the same time, Nuland stressed, the consequences of such steps would be catastrophic for Russia and for Putin personally.

She refused to provide any details about the potential response from the West, saying instead that use of nuclear weapons would take the situation to a “fundamentally new level” where the price will be “simply astronomical.”

Unlike the US, neither Russia, nor its predecessor, the Soviet Union, have ever used atomic armaments against another state. Moscow's military doctrine states that they can only be used when the very existence of the country is threatened, or if another power opts for a first strike.

Asked by a journalist if Kiev can rely on its Western partners’ support in a worst-case scenario, Nuland reassured Ukraine that it would not be left alone. Meanwhile, the Under Secretary of State said, the US would continue to provide Ukraine with military assistance. She revealed that Washington has begun supplying Kiev with multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS) and would do its best to keep up with Ukraine’s needs.

Nuland’s strongly-worded warnings came just two days after the Pentagon said that at this point it does not see a need to change the country’s nuclear posture. The US Department of Defense spokesman’s statement followed Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky's claims that Moscow could use tactical nuclear weapons in Ukraine.

In late February, announcing the launch of the “special military operation” in Ukraine, Putin warned that any nation trying to interfere with it could face consequences unlike anything in their history. Many observers interpreted this as a threat to use nuclear weapons.

Russia put its nuclear deterrence on the highest alert level in the early days of the military operation, citing allegedly hostile signals coming from NATO members.

Russia attacked its neighbor following Ukraine’s failure to implement the terms of the Minsk agreements, signed in 2014, and Moscow’s eventual recognition of the Donbass republics of Donetsk and Lugansk. The German and French brokered Minsk Protocol was designed to give the breakaway regions special status within the Ukrainian state.

The Kremlin has since demanded that Ukraine officially declare itself a neutral country that will never join the US-led NATO military bloc. Kiev insists the Russian offensive was completely unprovoked and has denied claims it was planning to retake the two republics by force.

Atlanta police, prosecutors outraged after bond granted to alleged gang member suspected of shooting Atlanta police officer

Prosecutors and police are outraged after a judge granted bond, over the state's objections, to an alleged gang member who is accused of shooting an Atlanta police officer six times in February.

Atlanta police officer David Rodgers was shot six times on February 7, 2022, reportedly while attempting to execute a warrant on Christian Eppinger. Atlanta police say that Eppinger is a member of the Atlanta Slime Life street gang and that he has a lengthy history of convictions for violent crime beginning from the time he was 16 years old. Police say that Eppinger previously spent four years behind bars, and that after he was released on probation, he returned immediately to a life of crime. Police accuse Eppinger of having laid in wait for Rodgers and attempting to "assassinate" him when he served the warrant.

Rodgers survived the shooting but is still recovering.

Due to Eppinger's lengthy criminal history, and the nature of his offense, the Fulton County District Attorney opposed bond, but a magistrate judge granted Eppinger bond over the state's objections. District Attorney Fani Willis announced Wednesday that she had filed an emergency motion for reconsideration of bond, calling the decision a "judicial error" caused by an order that allows unelected magistrate judges to set bonds.

"I have a problem with the fact that judges that are not elected, that are not superior court judges, would even have the authority right now to even hear cases that involve gangs," Willis said. Willis also commented that the judge may have been under pressure to grant bond because of a Georgia law that requires defendants to be granted bond if their case is not put before a grand jury or an indictment within 90 days.

Officials were particularly aggravated by a post to Eppinger's Instagram, which may have been posted by someone acting on his behalf, that proclaimed, "The judge gave me a bond today. I’ll be home soon."

Willis did note that she does not believe that Eppinger will actually be released from jail, because his probation will likely be revoked. "We quite frankly believe that Judge Schwall, who is the judge hearing the revocation, is likely going to sentence this gentleman to between 50 and 60 years in jail, which is the max that he can get," Willis said.

Atlanta police chief Rodney Bryant said, "We find it quite appalling that this individual received this level of bond, but we appreciate the actions taken so swiftly by this DA’s office."

Joe Biden met with Hunter Biden business partner at the White House

Hunter Biden’s closest business partner made at least 19 visits to the White House and other official locations between 2009 and 2015, including a sitdown with then-Vice President Joe Biden in the West Wing.

Visitor logs from the White House of former President Barack Obama reviewed by The Post cast further doubt over Joe Biden’s claims that he knew nothing of his son’s dealings.

Eric Schwerin met with Vice President Biden on November 17, 2010 in the West Wing, when he was the president of the since-dissolved investment fund Rosemont Seneca Partners.

The logs also reveal that Schwerin met with various close aides of both Joe and Jill Biden at key moments in Hunter’s life when he was striking multi-million dollar deals in foreign countries, including China. Yet President Biden has long insisted he had no involvement in his son’s foreign affairs. “I have never spoken to my son about his overseas business dealings,” he said in 2019.

”Not everyone gets to meet the Vice President of the United States in the White House. The press should be asking why Hunter Biden’s business associates — like Eric Schwerin — had that privilege and were given access to the Obama White House,” said Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wisconsin). “This is additional evidence that Joe Biden lied when he said he never discussed Hunter’s foreign business dealings. It’s well past time for the corporate media to demand the truth from Joe Biden. The corruption of Biden Inc. must be exposed.”

Of all Hunter Biden’s business associates, Schwerin had the most intimate access to the vice president’s personal finances.

His deep involvement in the personal and professional lives of both Bidens were first revealed in emails contained on a laptop abandoned by Hunter Biden at a Delaware computer repair store in April 2019.

Hard drive emails show he was involved in Joe Biden’s personal taxes and discussed the vice president’s financial future with him.

In October 2009, just months after Hunter co-founded Rosemont Seneca, Schwerin met with Evan Ryan, Vice President Biden’s assistant for intergovernmental affairs and public liaison, in the Eisenhower Executive Office Building where the vice president’s office is based, according to the visitor logs.

While working in the halls of power Ryan acted as a conduit for Hunter Biden and his cronies, hard drive emails show.

In one email from February 18, 2010, Ryan received a request from Chris Sloan, Director of Government Relations for the International Union of Painters and Allied Trades advocating that union lawyer Craig Becker be nominated to the National Labor Relations Board. Sloan asked that Vice President Biden press Obama on the issue. Hunter was CCed.

“Thanks Chris — I will forward this one,” she responded to both.

Obama named Becker to the job through a recess appointment a month later, sparking howls of protest from Republicans at the time.

Sloan declined to comment on the emails.

Truth Social Migrates to Rumble Cloud, Trump Platform Preparing to Onboard Millions

Former President Donald Trump’s social media platform—Truth Social—migrated to Rumble Cloud on April 22 as it attempts to onboard millions of internet users on the network.

Truth Social, created by Trump Media & Technology Group (TMTG), “successfully” migrated its website and mobile applications to Rumble’s cloud infrastructure, according to an April 22 news release.

This migration will ensure that the network can easily “scale significantly” on a “cancel-culture-free” cloud platform, the release said.

Truth Social is the first significant customer to onboard Rumble’s cloud business service.

Devin Nunes, CEO of TMTG, said the migration was “a major stride toward rescuing the internet from the grip of the Big Tech tyrants.”

“Our teams have worked tirelessly to realize this great endeavor,” Nunes said. “Rumble’s cloud infrastructure is second to none and will be the backbone for the restoration of free speech online for ages to come.”

Following the Capitol breach on Jan. 6, 2021, Twitter banned Trump from their platform, blaming him for inciting violence even though the former president never openly called for such actions. In October, Trump announced that he was planning on launching his own tech company.

“I created Truth Social … to stand up to the tyranny of Big Tech,” he said. “We live in a world where the Taliban has a huge presence on Twitter yet your favorite American president has been silenced.”

Truth Social was launched on President’s Day, Feb. 21, 2022.

Shortly after its release, it became the most popular social media platform on Apple’s App Store. However six weeks into the launch, the platform was beset with several technical problems.

In early April, roughly 1.42 million people were placed on a waitlist as they were unable to register.

During its initial days, the app was downloaded 170,000 times daily. But this fizzled down to 8,000 per day by late March. It is the 51st most downloaded app in the social networking category.

In its April report, Kerrisdale Capital argued that Truth Social’s “disaster of a launch” and multiple other red flags at TMTG raise “valid concerns” about the company’s long-term viability.

“DWAC’s stock has much further to fall given the demonstrably misleading statements in DWAC’s registration statement, the status of TMTG’s operations at the time the merger agreement was executed, the cast of characters seeking to consummate that merger and those individuals’ flagrant disregard for SEC rules and regulations,” the report said.

The Kerrisdale report also came with a disclaimer saying that at the time of the report’s publication that Kerrisdale had “short positions in shares” of DWAC. “Kerrisdale stands to realize gains in the event the price of DWAC shares decrease,” the disclaimer added.

Wikipedia deletes entry for Hunter Biden investment firm Rosemont Seneca Partners

Wikipedia editors removed the entry for Rosemont Seneca Partners earlier this week on the ground that it was “not notable,” archived comments from its Talk Page reveal.

The deletion happened Wednesday. The investment company co-founded by Hunter Biden has been at the heart of numerous questions surrounding his overseas business dealings.

“This organization is only mentioned in connection with its famous founders, Hunter Biden and Christopher Heinz,” said a Wiki editor identified only as Alex who additionally warned that “keeping it around” ran the risk of the page becoming “a magnet for conspiracy theories about Hunter Biden.”

Arguments to merge the story with Hunter Biden’s official wikipedia page were also overruled.

The brief article was thin on details and in bad need of an overhaul, but did provide information about the company’s founding by Hunter Biden, Devon Archer and Chris Heinz.

Wikipedia has tilted so far left in recent years that its co-founder Larry Sanger now says the site can not longer be trusted and has become “propaganda.”

“There’s a very big, nasty, complex game being played behind the scenes to make the article say what somebody wants them to say,” Sanger said last year.

Activist editors on the site have long tried to have tried to delete an entry for ‘Mass killings under communist regimes’ — though for now it remains online.

Critics said the Rosemont decision showed a double standard.

“If a Trump-linked company had its Wikipedia page wiped or one from the Russia probe, it’s more than a safe bet to say that CNN would be dedicating multiple reporters to following the internet trail,” said Curtis Houck, Managing Editor of the Media Research Center told The Post.

WATCH: Azov Battalion Claims Video Shows Civilians Underground Who Have Not Seen ‘Sky Nor Sun’ In Weeks

The controversial Azov Battalion has released a video which it says shows its fighters in Mariupol, which Russia claims to have “liberated”, underground with sheltering civilians.

Uploaded to the Azov Battalion’s YouTube channel and shared by the National Guard of Ukraine — which incorporates the battalion — on its verified Twitter account, the video purportedly shows Azov fighters distributing supplies to civilians holed up underneath the Azovstal steelworks complex, which remains under Ukrainian control.

“We want to see peaceful skies, we want to breathe in fresh air,” said one woman in the video, released on Saturday but supposedly shot on Thursday, per the Associated Press.

“You have simply no idea what it means for us to simply eat, drink some sweetened tea. For us it is already happiness,” she told the wire service, which noted that the “[c]ontents of the video could not be independently verified.”

A girl in the video claimed she and her family had seen “neither the sky, nor the sun” since late February, with Mariupol having come under siege only a short time after the Russian invasion commenced.

Mariupol has proved a tough nut for Russian forces to crack, despite reports of its fall being imminent having circulated for weeks now.

In recent days the Russians claimed it had finally been “liberated”, with the fact that the Ukrainian military remains a threat in the port city’s fortified steelworks being minimised and President Vladimir Putin appearing on video to call off a planned assault — possibly as a ruse — and instruct that it should instead be sealed off.

“There is no need to climb into these catacombs and crawl underground through these industrial facilities. Block off [Azovstal] so that not even a fly comes through,” he said.

The city has been a point of interest throughout the conflict, in part because of its status as a stronghold of the Azov Battalion — formerly an unofficial paramilitary force with neo-Nazi links which the mainstream media do not deny, despite general dismissal of the Russian characterisation of their “special military operation” against a Ukraine led by a Jewish president and Jewish prime minister as a “de-Nazification” mission.

Mariupol is also important due to its strategic position on the map, with Moscow needing to bring it under full control if it is to establish a secure land bridge between the Crimea, annexed in 2014, and Russian-separatist controlled territory in the Donbas and Russia proper — a key war aim.

Corrupt ex-NYC judge Sylvia Ash sentenced to 15 months for obstructing justice

A corrupt former Brooklyn judge was sentenced to 15 months in prison Wednesday after being convicted of obstruction of justice charges – a case that “struck at the heart of the criminal justice system,” a federal jurist said.

The disgraced Brooklyn Supreme Court Justice, Sylvia Ash, was convicted of conspiracy to obstruct justice and other counts at trial last year for attempting to throw off federal investigators who were probing embezzlement at the Municipal Credit Union.

Ash previously served as chair of the Board of Directors of the MCU, a credit union that primarily serves New York City civil servants, such as firefighters, sanitation workers and police officers.

She helped the former CEO of the MCU, Kam Wong, embezzle millions of dollars from the financial institution, in part, by signing a misleading memo that purported to show he was authorized to receive the cash.

US District Judge Lewis Kaplan said it was “as tragic a case as I have seen in almost 28 years” as he handed down the sentence in Manhattan federal court.

Kaplan noted that Ash, who rose from a modest immigrant upbringing, had thrown away her career, her status in the community and her reputation.

Her downfall was a “just consequence of your own dishonest, corrupt and frankly outrageous conduct,” the judge said.

“It was not aberrational. It was calculated,” Kaplan said of the scheme.

Assistant US Attorney Eli Mark said Ash used her position as a judge in an attempt to get away with her crimes.

“She was a lawyer and a judge and she knew exactly what she was doing. She draped herself in the prestige of her position to get away with her conduct,” Mark said at the sentencing hearing.

In brief remarks, Ash acknowledged that she had lived the American dream – but threw it all away by committing her crimes.

“I was blessed with life beyond my imagination,” she said. “That is all gone now … it’s been destroyed. I have no one to blame but myself.”

US Attorney Damian Williams said in a statement that the sentence “sends a clear message that those who attempt to thwart a federal investigation face serious consequences for that corrosive conduct.”

Ash resigned from the bench earlier this month, according to the New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct.

AIPAC’s new PAC is now the US’s biggest pro-Israel PAC

Pro-Israel lobby’s political action committee alsonow endorsing some three-quarters of Republicans who embraced election falsehoods

The political action committee affiliated with AIPAC, the pro-Israel powerhouse lobby, has in less than six months of existence become the biggest pro-Israel PAC in the US, delivering $6 million to 326 candidates.

It is also now endorsing 109 of the 147 of the Republicans who refused to affirm President Joe Biden’s election on Jan. 6, 2021, after a deadly insurrection spurred by former president Donald Trump’s false claims that it was he who won the election.

“The AIPAC PAC is now the largest bipartisan, pro-Israel political action committee (PAC) in the country – and it is quickly emerging as a leading force in American politics,” the lobby said Wednesday in a release.

AIPAC PAC drew sharp criticism last month when it announced its first 120 endorses, among them 37 Republicans who voted against certifying Biden.

Anticipating renewed criticism over its new endorsements, AIPAC struck a defensive posture in its statements on the new round of endorsements.

“Our goal is to make America’s friendship with Israel so robust, so certain, so broadly based, and so dependable that even the deep divisions of American politics can never imperil that relationship and the ability of the Jewish state to defend itself,” AIPAC PAC said on Twitter. “In an increasingly polarized environment, sustained support from both parties makes our alliance with Israel stronger.”

The criticism nonetheless came, spearheaded by liberal Jewish groups.

“AIPAC’s support for these candidates undermines the true interests and values of millions of American Jews and pro-Israel Americans who AIPAC often claims to represent,” Laura Birnbaum, the national political director for J Street, the liberal Jewish Middle East policy group, said in a statement. “Elected officials who threaten the very future of our country should be completely beyond the pale – whatever their views on Israel.

Last weekend, Valerie Foushee, a Democratic candidate running for a House seat in North Carolina, lost her endorsement from the Progressive Caucus of the North Carolina Democratic Party in the wake of donations she took from the AIPAC PAC.

“We stand by our progressive American values of democracy and human rights for all. AIPAC’s support of insurrectionists and Senator Foushee’s strong embrace of AIPAC runs contrary to our values,” the group wrote in a statement on Sunday.

Report: “No Evidence of a Climate Crisis”

A new report, released this month by the Global Warming Policy Foundation (GWPF), states that empirical evidence shows that, despite the dire predictions of the United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), there is “no evidence of a climate crisis.” Professor Ole Humlum of the University of Oslo laid out his case in his annual State of the Climate Report.

Humlum is a professor emeritus of physical geology and hydrology, with a specific interest in geomorphology and climate variability. He believes that much of the “climate change” that we see is the result of poorly understood but very natural cycles.

Humlum does report some gentle warming of the planet, but finds no cause for the alarm bells being sounded by climate alarmists.

“Air temperatures measured near the planet’s surface (surface air temperatures) are at the center of many climate discussions, but the significance of any short-term warming or cooling should not be overstated,” the report states.

According to Humlum, “Since 1979, lower Troposphere temperatures have increased over both land and oceans, but most clearly over the land. The most straightforward explanation for this is that much of the warming is caused by solar insolation, but there may be several secondary reasons, such as changes in cloud cover and land use.”

So, yes, there has been “gentle warming” of the Earth, most likely caused by the Sun.

Much of the angst and fervor regarding climate change comes from predictive climate modeling, which is based on an incomplete understanding of the Earth’s climate system. Climate models can be a good tool for understanding how certain phenomena affect the climate, but they routinely overestimate the effect of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gasses. They were never meant to be predictive tools.

“A year ago, I warned that there was great risk in using computer modeling and immature science to make extraordinary claims. The empirical observations I have reviewed show very gentle warming and no evidence of a climate crisis.” Humlum said in a press release.

Humlum’s concern for the overemphasis on climate modeling was shared by GWPF Director Benny Peiser: “It’s extraordinary that anyone should think there is a climate crisis. Year after year our annual assessment of climate trends document just how little has been changing in the last 30 years. The habitual climate alarmism is mainly driven by scientists’ computer modeling rather than observational evidence.”

Among the empirical data shared by Humlum in his report, sea-level rise might not be the emergency that climate alarmists claim: “While the satellite record suggests a global sea-level rise of about 3.3mm per year or more, data from tide gauges all over the world suggest a stable rise of 1–2mm per year. The tide gauges indicate no recent acceleration (or deceleration) of sea-level rise.”

Declining sea ice, which climate alarmists believe could destroy habitat for polar bears, appears to be stabilizing: “In 2021, global sea-ice cover remained well below the average for the satellite era, but is now increasing.”

Israel deploys tear gas drones against al-Aqsa worshippers

Rocket fire from Gaza was reported late Friday after Israeli police used violent force against Palestinian worshippers following prayers at Jerusalem’s al-Aqsa mosque earlier in the day.

Israeli violence against Palestinians on the third Friday of Ramadan again threatened to spill over into Gaza.

There was a flurry of diplomacy following Israel’s attack on the holy site last week to try to prevent a full-scale confrontation in Gaza like the one that devastated the territory in May last year.

Those 11 days of heavy rocket fire from Gaza and Israeli bombardment of the territory was precipitated in large part by violence against Ramadan worshippers at al-Aqsa.

The situation remained precarious during the week as Israeli Jewish nationalists marched through Jerusalem on Wednesday chanting anti-Palestinian slogans such as “death to the Arabs.”

Later that evening, a rocket was fired from Gaza, landing in an open area near Sderot in southern Israel. Israel carried out air raids on Gaza early Thursday, which were followed by additional rocket and gunfire from the besieged territory.

No serious injuries were reported from Gaza or Israel.

Both Hamas, which oversees Gaza’s internal affairs, and Naftali Bennett, Israel’s prime minister, appear to be trying to avoid another major escalation.

However, Hamas officials reportedly told international mediators that continued violations at al-Aqsa could set off another military confrontation with Israel.

The resistance group has repeatedly called for mass Palestinian mobilization in defense of al-Aqsa and Jerusalem in recent days.

Palestinians confronted Israeli riot police stationed around the mosque complex in Jerusalem on Friday by throwing stones and setting off fireworks following dawn prayers.

Israeli police fired tear gas canisters, rubber-coated bullets and stun grenades towards Palestinians inside the complex but did not raid or fire into al-Aqsa mosque as they did last Friday.

Poland sends billions in military aid to Ukraine: spokesman

Poland has sent billions worth of military assistance to war-torn Ukraine, the government spokesman said on Thursday.

Piotr Müller made the disclosure in an interview with private TV broadcaster Polsat News.

On Wednesday, Poland's President Andrzej Duda and senior government ministers agreed “to continue military supplies to Ukraine” amid Russia’s invasion, Müller said.

“And this is what matters the most at the moment because preparations are being made … for the biggest armoured battle since the Second World War,” he added, as quoted by Polish state news agency PAP.

Müller was referring to Russia’s all-out assault on eastern Ukraine, dubbed “the Battle of Donbas,” the PAP news agency reported.

“What matters the most now is to stop the Russian onslaught as far away from the Polish border as possible,” he told Polsat News.

Polish military aid to Ukraine 'runs into billions’

Müller also said that the Polish government was considering revealing the exact scale of its military assistance to Ukraine because “some people, even at home, are trying to make the impression that Poland’s aid may not be as far-reaching as it seems.”

He added: “President Volodymyr Zelensky said that Ukraine can really count on us as his country's closest friend, and this is being reflected in concrete action."

Müller estimated that Poland’s military aid to Ukraine “runs into billions of zlotys," the PAP news agency reported.

Thursday is day 57 of the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
