Maybe. I don’t pretend to know much about the law, but wouldn’t the creation of a free speech platform, which is decidedly pro-Trump in its inherent nature, be just as much of a “violation” as would be his posting on said platform? It doesn’t make sense that he could create/fund creation of the platform without issue, but would violate the law by posting on the platform he created and funded.

I’ve been in for a month or more now and you ain’t missing much. Probably 60% of the “Truths” are people running trains on each other to get followers. Then there’s a ton of inanities like “Retruth if you think Trump won” or “Let’s Go Brandon”, retruth if you agree. The real useful content is few and far between, kinda like here!

I was in AIT with some idiot Sgt who went on and on about them and some stupid gesture they do where they lift their hands up in a certain posture and make this barking (more like a seal than a dog) noise. He went on and on about how their initiation was “way tougher than boot camp” and how you should never mess with them and all this nonsense. He was from Florida I do believe and this was circa 1995.
