Polls close in France 8:00pm local, 6:00pm GMT, 2:00pm EDT

"France in America" (New Orleans) plays an hour later at 3:00pm EDT in Birmingham. This USFL thing, from what very little I've seen, looks pretty sad. Some game attendance has been worse than the least-attended high school football game I've ever seen. What's going on with this old league revived? All games at the same PROTECTIVE FILED? Doesn't seem to add up. What am I missing?
