POSSIBLE NOTABLE
It's been called "inclusive capitalism".
"This is why Blackrock, the world’s largest passive manager, has launched a recent
campaign for “long termism.” Its CEO, Larry Fink, sent a high profile letter to CEO’s
and institutional investors calling for a renewed focus on investment, research and
longer term strategies. Blackrock also hosted a large conference on this topic and,
given Blackrock’s clout, as the biggest investor, this campaign is having some positive
effect."

NOTABILITY IS IN THE EYES OF THE DIGGER
A crumb on Lord Browne.
"Other longlisted books stirring up debate are Hack Attack , Nick Davies’s
investigation of the impact of the UK phone-hacking scandal on Rupert
Murdoch’s media empire, and The Glass Closet , Lord Browne’s analysis
of why lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender staff still feel compelled
to hide their sexuality at work – as the former BP chief did."

Trusts/Foundations/NGO's and Climate/Energy Cabals have
been slowly tightening their grip on…We. The. People.
Don't know how else to put it, but I/we are on to (((them))) now!
This lays it out fairly well, I think. Thanks baker…

"By the way, I had dinner with some of the senior folks at Statoil this week, and they mentioned
you'd be seeing them today. Just as an FYI, what I found most interesting about the conversation
was how seriously they were thinking about the role of an oil and gas company in a low-carbon
transition and about the impact of a leading O&G firm coming out more publicly to talk about
climate risks to their business and future profitability/success. I thought it might be an interesting
topic to explore further with them, particularly given the progressive stance some of the European
companies have taken on this issue, in a way that could be helpful to the broader debate. All is
going very well for me, David and the rest of the team at the Center on Global Energy Policy, which
is enjoying great growth and success. Hard to imagine a more interesting time to be studying the
policy impacts and interactions of climate, energy, geopolitics, and technology."
