That warning is in the book of revelation, it applies to the book of revelation. When they assembled scripture into one book (the bible) while leaving some out (Jesus mentions scripture in the bible that's not in the bible), then tried to apply the warning in revelation to the bible itself, they did what it warned them not to do.

That law accuses and demands death. Jesus came to fulfill that law by dying on the cross. He took all sin on Himself. He is counted among the transgressors.
Not the least stroke of the pen disappears from that law until it's all accomplished. Jesus said "It is done" on the cross. Many do not understand the TIMES and consider themselves under that law, not realizing if they do not keep the least stroke of the pen of that law they have not kept any of it.
Jesus took the penalty. Whatever you do to the least of these you do to Him. When you accuse by that law, you accuse Him who already paid the penalty.
