The attorneys spent a lot of time figuring out how to get together for a meeting, online or otherwise. It took days if not over a week. Impossible to get together in 1 day.
To have been a fly on the wall for this particular meeting. Then we have them DEMANDING that Joffe get immunity and the Sussman filing that demands they not include anything Pientka.
