The second appears to be the 4 princes or sons of Horus.

Duamutef- east
Imsety- south
Qubeysenaef- west
There are other connotations with it. The 4 would be the canopic jars they are held in. Lungs, stomach, liver, intestines.
Also the 4 pillars or cardinal points.
No idea. I'm only reporting what I dug up. I'm still looking for answers.
I haven't figured out if the Egyptians were the start or if they were infiltrated like everyone else.
