RCH4155 USAF C-17 Globemaster departed Rzesow to Ramstein AFB about 4 hours ago (guessing this is Blinken)

This has 4 digits in the call sign and in the past that has indicated the trips by the C-17s to deliver equipment to POTS/VP visits (also use a"T" in callsign) and since the Sec. of State is higher up the food-chain (cabinet-wise) this is who I believe is on this AC

They have recently used the callsign KECK to deliver the equipment for no callsign Joe

The only thing that makes he hesitate is that it went to Ramstein and that would indicate the it could be Austin
