Whatever deal Elon and Twitter were making got made. Millions of twitter shares being bought and sold over the last hour and continuing.
I thought that at first but what seems to be happening is some investors are pulling their stocks and some investors are buying stocks a minute later (in the millions). Twitter is in the process of changing hands imho.
