SAM977 USAF C-40B still on the ground at Ramstein from It's arrival yesterday-as previously mentioned this is a State Dept. AC and was used by Pompeo extensively as his primary AC while on Int'l trips-did not use a C-32A for the most part-it was this AC. Blinken has not used this AC ftmp and has always stuck to the C-32As.
There was ZERO chance that they would have both been on this plane and it has not moved since arriving yesterday-whoever it is on RCH4155 may take this back to JBA but that also depends who was using it in the first place. There is some security protocols that need to be followed so it is likely that whoever is on the ground at Ramstein from the C-17 flight from Rzesow will continue back to JBA on the Globey.
