For those still having trouble with not all of the functions on the page working and are using Chrome, go to the Settings page and RESET them. That took care of all of the issues I was having.
Go to the top of the page and find the comment form. At the bottom there is a box that says PASSWORD. If there is something in it, clear it out. Use a short password that you can remember and put in the box. You will have to add that every time you comment.
