I thought MS would not be in on paying a penalty but upon further thought, you may be right. Hard to say how much he personally owes to MS. Possibly, the same cost to the same entities in either scenario. I wonder what would happen if Elon sold to TMTG for a dollar with MS so highly leveraged…
