Is having an outage at one of their main suppliers of H2 hydrogen and also limited production at one of their processing facilities. They will only be supplying 50% of normal customer consumption for at least a month.

This along with the fires, etc at food production facilities, industrial lubricant mfg plants, and gas/oil facilities…..
