Brisk walks including hills / stairs if possible.
That's the best way to get cranked up into a routine without overdoing it or becoming discouraged.
Anyway, I applaud your efforts here - it beats the same old same old here and gets close to the spirit of the oldfags back in the day.
@Q is too connected to the key names to be a LARP.
