Fortunately - in the United States - ANY speech is free speech (minus of course anything illegal - death threats, doxing…etc - this has never changed). If you dox or make death threats, you'll be dealt with under the law.
"Hate speech" is not an exception - "hate speech" IS "free speech" according to a Supreme Court ruling.
QUESTION:
If the EU is poised to do something about it (musk/twitter), is the EU poised to do something about 8kun? If not, what's the difference? If there is a difference, why can't Twitter be moulded into an 8kun-y platform distributed as an app?
