No, set your DNS to 9.9.9.9 under your adapter settings.
Click yellow folder at bottom of your desktop on the taskbar
In that window on the L side, there are shortcuts, right-click on network then select "properties"
In the new window on the L, click "Change Adapter Settings".
In the new window right-click on the adapter that you are getting to the internet on, and select "properties".
In the next window double-click "Internet Protocol version 4"
At the bottom set your DNS manually. and save.
Close all of the windows.
This will now use the new DNS server for your connection.
