Here is an MP4 from Twatter where a purported former Fed Reserve employee claims that the Federal Reserve actually has influence on the publication of scientific articles through the National Science Foundation. How they are connected, it does not say in the video, I would presume the Federal Reserve with its TRILLIONS spraying from the "Fed Firehose" that it wouldn't take too many millions to put the thumb on the scale.
