Federal Informant in Trump Probe Found Dead After He’s Reported Missing

A federal informant who turned over documents in an investigation into Trump’s relationship with Deutsche Bank was found dead in Los Angeles on Monday after he went missing last year.

Valentin Broeksmit, 46, was reported missing last year, according to LAPD.

According to the Los Angeles Times, a janitorial team at Woodrow Wilson High School found Broeksmit’s body Monday morning.

Broeksmit was the son of a Deutsche Bank executive who committed suicide in 2014.

Broeksmit supplied records to Fusion GPS, journalists, FBI agents and others after he gained access to his deceased father’s Deutsche Bank files and email accounts.

Forensic News Network reporter Scott Stedman worked with Broeksmit and said Valentin struggled with drugs on and off.

The cause of death is unclear but authorities say foul play is not suspected.

Valentin Broeksmit, an informant who worked with federal authorities investigating former President Trump’s relationship with the German financial giant Deutsche Bank, was found dead Monday on a high school campus in the El Sereno neighborhood.

Broeksmit, 46, was reported missing by friends and family a year ago, according to the Los Angeles Police Department. He was last seen driving a red 2020 Mini Cooper around 4 p.m. on April 6, 2021, on Riverside Drive at Griffith Park. His car was found, but Broeksmit remained missing — until Monday, when the L.A. County coroner’s office identified his body.

Cleaning crews at Woodrow Wilson High School found Broeksmit’s body just before 7 a.m., according to Sgt. Rudy Perez with the Los Angeles School Police Department.

There was no evidence of foul play or unusual circumstances, according to Capt. Kenneth Cabrera with the Los Angeles Police Department.

Broeksmit, the son of Deutsche Bank executive Bill Broeksmit, handed off a trove of confidential documents to federal authorities who were investigating the troubled financial institution, according to a 2019 profile in the New York Times. His father had killed himself in 2014, and Valentin Broeksmit went on to share his father’s files with numerous journalists and government investigators, including a trip to an FBI office in Los Angeles, the newspaper reported.

Biden seeks $33 billion more for Ukraine

US President wants to provide additional funds for Ukraine, as well as powers to seize and sell the assets of wealthy Russians

US President Joe Biden has asked Congress for an additional $33 billion in funding to prop up Ukraine in the ongoing conflict with Russia. A vast part of the massive package is destined for additional military and security aid, while the rest will be used for economic and humanitarian assistance.

“The Administration is requesting $20.4 billion in additional security and military assistance for Ukraine and for U.S. efforts to strengthen European security in cooperation with our NATO allies and other partners in the region,” the white House said in a statement.

Unveiling the package during his speech at the White House, Biden said it was “critical” for the lawmakers to adopt it. “We need this bill to support Ukraine and its fight for freedom,” he said, admitting the price was not “cheap.” “But caving to aggression is going to be more costly if we allow it to happen,” he stressed.

The US administration wants the aid package to get designated as emergency spending, so that it does not have to be offset by spending cuts elsewhere. Apart from the massive aid package for Ukraine, Biden is also seeking new powers to target wealthy Russians the US administration believes to be ‘oligarchs.’

Biden Incoherently Announces that the US May Start Seizing Russian Assets, Because “Putin’s Kleptoc-ra-uh… Yeah…”

On Thursday, Biden announced another major escalation by the US in the ongoing proxy war with Russia, saying that his administration will now begin seizing Russian assets as they look to increase pressure on Putin to comply with the West’s demands.

According to Biden, the feds will begin seizing assets such as “boats and luxury homes” that are located in the US, in addition to what he calls “other ill-gotten gains.”

During the announcement, Biden clarified his remarks as we are all accustomed to seeing, with a garble of nonsensical noises that is equally lacking in clarity as it is in substance.

“Putin’s klepston-cra-no-uh… Yeah… .. ..eh .. ..kel.. Kleptocracy… the guys who are the kleptocracy,” Biden stammered as he attempted to provide the reasoning, letting out a creepy laugh.

BRUTAL. Someone get this man an Ambien and a vanilla ice cream cone already.

If Biden’s handlers are going to prop him up behind the podium, they best be sure to cut down on the use of big fancy words in his teleprompter script, especially ones like ‘kleptocracy‘ – “a government whose corrupt leaders (kleptocrats) use political power to appropriate the wealth of the people” – which is a perfect descriptor for his own family’s business empire.

This is just plain embarrassing. This is a major announcement to confront a nuclear superpower that’s currently waging a war in Europe, after all. Get it together.

While it’s true that Russian elites have likely accumulated their massive fortunes through “ill-gotten gains,” It’s worth pointing out that, Biden’s financials aren’t those of a squeaky clean saint. In fact, they’re far from it. His crackhead son Hunter has even picked up millions in cash from Russia.

If we can hold the Russians accountable, then the Biden Crime Family shouldn’t be too far behind. But we no longer live in a serious country, and we definitely aren’t governed by serious people. So the likelihood of that happening – at least before a massive shakeup in favor of America First Republicans – is slim to none.

Let’s just hope this geriatric puppet doesn’t drag the US into nuclear armageddon before that happens.

=WI Speaker Robin Vos Stiffs Committee Chair Janel Brandtjen with Attorney Costs After They Are Sued for Investigating State Election Commission

The Gateway Pundit learned on Wednesday from an anonymous source that Wisconsin Assembly Speaker Robin Vos has denied legal representation to the Chair of the Assembly Committee on Campaigns and Elections, Representative Janel Brandtjen.

In March of 2021 the Wisconsin State Assembly passed Assembly Resolution AR-15 directing the assembly committee on campaigns and elections to investigate the 2020 election due to the various issues and concerns including noncompliance with election laws. Wisconsin Speaker Robin Vos and the entire leadership team voted in favor of this measure.

In the course of the committee’s investigation, Wisconsin Attorney General Josh Kaul, on behalf of the Wisconsin Election Commission filed a lawsuit against Brandtjen, Vos and Special Counsel Michael Gableman.

It is believed that Vos has spent over $250,000 of taxpayer money on his defense, but has denied legal representation to Brandtjen in the course of her duties. The very duties that the Speaker had assigned to her. Now Brandtjen is forced to pay for her own defense as Vos refuses to help her with the costs.

This is Robin Vos in action. What a disgrace.

German Lawmakers Vote Overwhelmingly To Send 'Heavy & Complex Weapons' To Ukraine

Merely a week ago German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock claimed that the country's armed forces have said it "can no longer supply weapons from its own reserves" to Ukraine. But with Berlin coming under immense pressure from NATO allies, particularly the United States, after Chancellor Olaf Scholz voiced fears of sparking a WW3 nuclear showdown scenario with Russia, Germany's tune quickly changed.

On Thursday lawmakers in the Bundestag, Germany's lower house of parliament, voted overwhelmingly to approve sending "heavy weapons and complex machinery" to Ukraine. According to national media it passed with 586 votes in favor, 100 against, and seven abstentions.

The bulk of those voting "no" included the right-wing Alternative for Germany (AfD) party, citing that the move feels close to a "declaration of war". Senior AfD lawmaker Tino Chrupalla spelled out that it "could make us party to a nuclear war."

Though this view is now being dismissed as merely excuse-making by the "far-right", Chancellor Scholz himself said the same thing in a Spiegel interview published last Friday…

"We need to do everything to avoid a direct military confrontation between NATO and a heavily armed superpower such as Russia, a nuclear power," the chancellor said at the time. "I will do everything to avoid an escalation that could lead to World War III – there can be no nuclear war."

It was only days after this interview that Berlin signaled a complete reversal, with the German Ministry of Defense announcing Tuesday that delivery of Gepard anti-aircraft tanks to Ukraine had been approved. However, it could take up to a year or more for Ukrainian forces to be properly trained in the effective deployment and use of the Gepard systems.

Thursday's vote represents what appears to be Berlin's new commitment to a policy of 'open-ended' arming of Ukraine - much like the United States of late. Deutsche Welle details the types of weaponry and assistance that Ukraine can expect to receive based on Thursday's Bundestag vote:

In addition to heavy weapons, such as anti-aircraft systems and armored vehicles, the measure passed by German MPs included provisions for sending heavier equipment to eastern NATO allies as well.

Military aid should continue and accelerate wherever possible, according to the proposal backed by the ruling coalition and the biggest opposition party, the conservative Christian Democrats (CDU).

Germany will also deploy more soldiers to boost NATO presence in eastern Europe, and encourage Russian soldiers to lay down their arms and seek asylum in Germany and the EU.

Additionally, the measure foresees an appeal to China for it to "abandon its acceptance of war" and actively support a truce.

Ukraine Says Russia Increasing Pace Of Attack In "Almost All Directions"

Ukraine's military command posted a public social media message warning the public that Russia is "increasing the pace of the offensive operation" which is coming "in almost all directions".

The Ukraine armed forces' statement said of the stepped up attacks that "in almost all directions, the Russian occupiers are exerting intense fire," with the most concentrated military activity "observed in [the] Slobozhansky and Donetsk directions" of Ukraine’s north and east. Starting earlier in the month Russia's defense ministry made it clear it's seeking full control primarily of Ukraine's east and south.

"Russian occupiers continue to suffer losses on land," the statement went on to say. "In the Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts only, six enemy attacks have been repulsed in the past 24 hours, five tanks, one artillery system, twenty-two armored vehicles, one car and one anti-aircraft gun have been destroyed."

The warning to the public and to inform Kiev's Western backers come the day after Russia's President Putin threatened "lighting"-fast retaliatory strikes on "decision-making centers" if foreign countries meddle in the conflict. He said during an address before the Council of Legislators in St. Petersburg that the armed forces remain undeterred as "all the objectives will definitely be carried out" in the Ukraine operation, before warning:

"If someone intends to interfere in what is going on from the outside they must know that constitutes an unacceptable strategic threat to Russia.

"They must know that our response to counter-strikes will be lightning-fast."

Ukrainian officials have also said Russia has begun imposing parallel local governments, for example in the now fallen city of Kherson the Kremlin has appointed its own mayor and a pro-Russian administration over the region, which declared that Kherson's return to Ukrainian control is now "impossible".

Oops! Our Bad! IMF Director Admits “We Printed too Much Money”

Mostly we get lies, spin and obfuscation from central bankers, politicians and bureaucrats. But every once in a while, one of these people accidentally wanders into the truth.

IMF Director Kristalina Georgieva did just that during a recent panel discussion hosted by CNBC. She conceded that central banks globally “printed too much money and didn’t think of unintended consequences.”

I think we are not paying sufficient attention to the law of unintended consequences. We take decisions with an objective in mind and rarely think through what may happen that is not our objective. And then we wrestle with the impact of it.

“Take any decision that is a massive decision, like the decision that we need to spend to support the economy. At that time, we did recognize that maybe too much money in circulation and too few goods, but didn’t really quite think through the consequence in a way that upfront would have informed better what we do.”

How this economic brain trust missed failed to consider that injecting trillions into the economy would cause prices to rise is a bit of a head-scratcher. This is economics 101. Expanding the money supply pushes prices higher than they otherwise would be. I knew this would happen. Peter Schiff knew this would happen. Heck, you probably knew this would happen. But the people charged with running the global economy didn’t?

These people are either wildly incompetent, or they are lying to you.

Either way, they are “bad economists” as defined by Frédéric Bastiat.

Between a good and a bad economist this constitutes the whole difference — the one takes account of the visible effect; the other takes account both of the effects which are seen, and also of those which it is necessary to foresee.”

Good on Georgieva, I guess. They say admitting your problem is the first step on the road to recovery. So, you might think this confession is a step forward. But I assure you, it’s not. The ego, arrogance, and hubris that make these people think they can micromanage the global economy remain firmly in place. They just think they need to try a little bit harder.

Although Georgieva admits a mistake, the rest of her comment reveals she hasn’t learned the lesson.

Charity Builds Dozens of Tiny Homes for Homeless on PRIVATE PROPERTY, Cops & Gov’t Destroy All Of It

In 2020, The Free Thought Project reported on the work of two groups, Food Not Bombs and the Sidewalk Project, who raised $16,000 and built 26 tiny homes in Las Vegas for the city’s homeless community. It was an amazing feat put together by a handful of caring people trying to better their community but it came to a chaotic and destructive end when police and city officials raided the camp and destroyed all the homes.

The City of Las Vegas claimed that the destruction of the homes was justified as the city maintains “this right of way for NDOT, the property owner.” Joey Lankowski, who does homeless outreach with Food Not Bombs, sought to remedy this problem of building tiny homes on public property by raising money to purchase their own swath of land on private property.

Since last year, members of Food Not Bombs, the Sidewalk Project, and the New Leaf Community have been working tirelessly, volunteering countless hours of their personal time, to build a community of tiny homes on this newly owned piece of property.

For months volunteers built the tiny homes and allowed the community’s houseless population to live on the property. The community was thriving until earlier this year when the bureaucratic police state set their sights on the project’s private property.

The code enforcement division of the Las Vegas city government claimed that the property was in violation of zoning ordinance NLVMC 17.20.10 which states that the “accessory uses are not permitted” on the private property. According to the notice, a single family residence must be on the property before the tiny homes could be built and heavy fines would follow if they did not get “up to code.”

Since then, the city has waged an immoral war against the tiny home community and levied even more seemingly frivolous ordinance violations.

Oklahoma Governor Signs Bill Banning Nonbinary Birth Certificates

The state becomes the nation's first to explicitly ban the terminology on government-issued documents

On Tuesday, Oklahoma Governor Kevin Stitt signed a bill that bans nonbinary identification on state-issued documents. With the bill, SB 1100, being signed into law, Oklahoma became the first state to explicitly ban the terminology on government documents.

“The biological sex designation on a certificate of birth issued under this section shall be either male or female and shall not be nonbinary or any symbol representing a nonbinary designation,” reads a stipulation in the bill.

Governor Stitt previously issued an executive order that halted such practices this past November. The order was issued after a nonbinary person from Oklahoma successfully sued to get their birth marker changed to an “X.” The health department issued the amended birth certificate as part of a settlement agreement with the plaintiff.

“I believe that people are created by God to be male or female. Period,” Stitt said at the time. “There is no such thing as nonbinary sex, and I wholeheartedly condemn the purported [Oklahoma State Department of Health] court settlement that was entered into by rogue activists who acted without receiving proper approval or oversight.”

The governor then urged the Oklahoma legislature to mirror his executive order, which they ultimately did.

A handful of states, including South Dakota, South Carolina, Tennessee, West Virginia, and Texas already limit gender designations to be either male or female. Oklahoma is the first state to enact a complete ban on the use of nonbinary markers on official identity records.

State Senator Micheal Bergstrom, who co-sponsored the bill, called the legislature’s actions “common sense.”

“We must stand up and put a stop to this nonsense regarding biological sex,” Bergstrom said in a statement. “It’s not a complicated issue – biologically, you’re either a male or female. There should be no other option to choose from on a birth certificate.”

Oklahoma Rep. Mauree Turner, the nation’s first “openly nonbinary” lawmaker, accused legislators of using their power to “attack” LQBTQ Oklahomans.

Internet Outage in French Cities After Apparent Coordinated Sabotage Campaign, Fibre Optic Lines Cut

Police have launched an investigation into coordinated physical attacks on infrastructure leaving several French cities with internet outages and slowdowns on Wednesday.

French internet service provider (ISP) Netalis released a statement on the incident saying the fibre optic links between Paris and Lyon and Paris and Strasbourg had suffered losses and slowdown, and noted that fibre optic lines had been found to be cut. While no group has been publicly identified as a perpetrator for the alleged sabotage at this stage, the attack is the latest in a line of recent such cases, many of which have been connected to hard-left anarchist groups.

“The fact remains that the characteristics and circumstances of this particularly serious and very rare incident make it difficult [to blame is on being] an accidental break. Several operators using the same [methods] vandalized infrastructures are involved.” the company said and stated it would be filing a criminal complaint to prosecute those behind the sabotage.

“This is unprecedented, we do not know who is at the origin of these malicious acts, we had already experienced damage to pylons, but here, we reach the major highways … The coordination of the attacks on the cables was well done, by people who inevitably know the network,” the head of Netalis, Nicolas Guillaume, said, broadcaster Franceinfo reports.

French Secretary of State for Digital Cédric O confirmed cables had been cut on Twitter saying, “Cable cuts have been confirmed in Île-de-France impacting the fixed and mobile network. We are in contact with the operators who are in the process of restoring the service.”

The French ISP Free published pictures of cut fibre optic cables on Wednesday. In all, internet service was impacted across wide areas of France, including the Ile-de-France region around Paris, eastern France and the Auvergne-Rhone-Alpes and Bourgogne-France-Comte regions, Reuters reports.

The Paris Prosecutor’s office has opened an investigation and intelligence officers will be taking part, given the nature of the sabotage, again per Reuters.

Zone ADSL, a website that records internet speeds in France, claimed to have recorded a total of 9,156 breakdowns in internet connections on fixed internet in France, mostly affecting the ISPs Free and SFR.

“This kind of incident of this magnitude, it never happens,” a source close to the incident told French media and added, “This is the first time, and we don’t know who it is, for now.”

While so far no suspects have been identified in the alleged act of sabotage, the incident bears a striking similarity to attacks on French infrastructure claimed by far-left extremists in recent years.

Tory MP Imran Ahmad Khan, who was found guilty earlier this month of sexually assaulting a teenage boy, has been revealed to have been appointed to a panel on child predator grooming gangs by the Conservative party.

The Conservative MP, who was elected to parliament in 2019 to represent Wakefield, was appointed by Priti Patel’s Home Office in 2020 to serve on an advisory panel with the purpose of producing a policy paper on grooming gangs entitled “Group-based child sexual exploitation characteristics of offending,” The Guardian reported this week.

The paper noted that Imran Ahmad Khan attended meetings of the panel in July, September, and November of 2020, despite already having been questioned by police in regards to allegations that he molested a teenage boy in 2008.

The Guardian went on to state that the Conservative party was made aware of the allegations just days after Khan was elected in 2019, as his victim broke his silence following him being elected to parliament and told the party of the abuse he suffered at the hands of Imran Kahn.

A survivor of the infamous Rotherham child rape gangs, Sammy Wodehouse, said on Wednesday that she was disgusted by having to work with a panel that included a man accused of sexually assaulting a boy.

“This was important work that I undertook in good faith, but I am disgusted to have been put in a position where I was working with a man later convicted for child sexual assault,” Wodehouse said.

“Knowing now that the Conservatives had already received complaints from a victim about this man, it is gut-wrenching for me as a survivor that they could possibly have allowed him to be considered for this role,” she added.

Responding to the revelation, a spokesman denied that Home Secretary Priti Patel or the Home Office were informed of the sexual assault allegations against Khan before they were made publicly available in 2021.

“In his role as an MP, Mr Khan was asked along with several others to peer review a Home Office research paper. The Home Office was not aware of the allegations against him at the time and he no longer has any involvement with the department,” the Home Office spokesman said.

Khan was suspended from the Conservative party and subsequently announced he was relinquishing his House of Commons seat after being found guilty earlier this month. Despite having said he would resign his seat almost two weeks ago, the process to trigger this was only completed this week, meaning he remains a paid member of parliament until Saturday, drawing his full month’s pay.

On Wednesday, Prime Minister Boris Johnson was questioned in the House of Commons if he would apologise for his party’s failure to heed warnings about Mr Khan before appointing him to the grooming gang panel.

“I believe the Home Office has already made a statement about it,” Mr Johnson replied.

Bottled Water Giant BlueTriton Admits Claims of Recycling and Sustainability Are “Puffery”

BlueTriton, owner of Poland Spring and other brands of water packaged in plastic, stated in a court filing that its claims of sustainability are “vague and hyperbolic.”

In ongoing litigation over the greenwashing of plastic recycling, the bottled water company BlueTriton made a revealing argument: its claims of being environmentally friendly aren’t violations of the law, because they are “aspirational.”

BlueTriton — which owns Poland Spring, Pure Life, Splash, Ozarka, and Arrowhead, among many other brands — is estimated to contribute hundreds of millions of pounds of plastic to U.S. landfills each year. BlueTriton used to be known as Nestlé Waters North America, which was bought by the private equity firm One Rock Capital Partners in March 2021. The company, which has a history of draining aquifers to get the water that it encases in polluting plastic, owns about a third of bottled water brands in the U.S. Yet with sleek, green — and blue — PR materials, BlueTriton markets itself as a solution to the problems of plastic waste and water.

“Water is at the very core of our sustainable efforts to meet the needs of future generations,” BlueTriton declares on its website, spelling out its promise for sustainable stewardship over a picture of pine trees, pristine water, and clouds. The company’s Instagram account is similarly nature-oriented and wholesome, filled with green-tinged images of people hiking and enhancing the native trout population.

The claims were a bridge too far for the environmental group Earth Island Institute, which sued BlueTriton in August, arguing that its misleading sustainability claims violate a local Washington, D.C., law known as the Consumer Protection Procedures Act, which is designed to prevent “deceptive trade practices.” In response, the company defended its green self-promotion by explaining that everyone should realize that the claims are meaningless nonsense.

California awarded $15.1 billion for schools reopening plan that included 'implicit bias training'

Blue states across the country are using billions of taxpayer dollars from President Biden’s $1.9 trillion COVID-19 relief package to push core tenets of critical race theory (CRT) in public schools.

The American Rescue Plan (ARP) Act, which the Democrats passed in March 2021 without any Republican support, was billed by the Democratic Party as a necessity for reopening schools during the COVID-19 pandemic. However, the law provided over $122 billion for the Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief Fund (ESSER), which helped multiple states implement "implicit bias" and "anti-racism" training, among other programs, according to research from One Nation shared with and verified by Fox News Digital.

In February 2021, before the legislation passed, the White House told FOX Business that ESSER funding would provide schools "with the resources they need to safely reopen and fully serve their students."

Democrats like Sen. Raphael Warnock, D-Ga., described the passing of ARP as a matter of life and death.

"This is one moment in which it’s very clear that public policy is quite literally a matter of life and death," Warnock said during a February 2021 news conference with Sen. Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., adding that the bill would provide "more than $4 billion to the state of Georgia’s K through 12 schools to ensure students, teachers, and staff stay safe and healthy, and to address learning loss."

Soon after Biden signed the bill into law on March 11, 2021, the U.S. Department of Education declared that ESSER would be used to "implement the CDC's recommended prevention and mitigation strategies for K-12 schools, meet student and educators' social, emotional, and mental health needs, invest in strategies to address lost instructional time, and boldly address inequities exacerbated by the pandemic."

"My priority right now is to safely reopen as many schools right now, as quickly as possible," Education Secretary Miguel Cardona said after the bill passed.

Labour MP breaks rank and declares 'a man has a penis and a woman has vagina'

A Labour MP appears to have broken ranks by telling GB News a "man has a penis and a woman has a vagina".

Various members of the Labour Party and even its leader Sir Keir Starmer have come unstuck when asked the tricky question of what is a woman.

Sir Keir refused to answer the question, stating "I don't think that discussing this issue in this way helps anyone in the long run".

And his deputy Angela Rayner deemed it "not acceptable" to ask a trans woman if they have a penis.

But MP for Croydon North and Shadow Justice Secretary Steve Reed gave a definitive answer on the subject when appearing on Breakfast with Eamonn and Isabel.

When asked by broadcaster Clare Muldoon to define what a woman is, Mr Reed was definitive in his assessment.

"Oh my goodness me, of course I know what a woman is. Why are you even asking that?

"A man has a penis and a woman has a vagina. If that's not clear enough for you then I'm afraid it's your issue and not my issue.

"The point here is that women are being abuse, targeted with sexism, that is putting them off going in to politics."

Mr Reed had appeared on the show to discuss the Mail on Sunday's "basic instinct" story on Angela Rayner.

Miami Dade County Public Schools Sexualizing Children With Illegal LGBTQ Curriculum

The NCAA championship for the women’s 500-yard freestyle made headlines for allowing a biological male to compete and dominate a biological female sporting event. Many are infuriated and have spoken out against this attack on women’s rights.

Florida Governor, Ron DeSantis, declared only biological women should be able to compete in women’s sports. He published a statement announcing the second place biological female winner, Emma Weyant, the actual winner of the race.

Unfortunately, allowing biological males to participate in women’s sports is not only done at the collegiate level. In Florida, Miami Dade County Public Schools violate the Florida WOKE Act and Parental Rights in Education Bill by having established specific guidelines for children to compete in league with the gender they identify as.

Illoomanite Media has been investigating the public school systems within Florida over the last few months. We recently received these guidelines from a former Miami-Dade Public School employee, Marissa Gonzales. The manuals obtained allow CRT lessons, Marxist books, and transgender students to participate in sports of the gender they identify with.

These guidelines only require students to ACT like the opposite sex and have their parents/ therapist/ doctor say they are the opposite gender from which they were born. They aren’t required to lessen their testosterone if they are biologically male and wish to compete in women’s sports. Their word is final as long as they claim to be one of the two genders; this puts biological women at a disadvantage and takes away their rights.

Not only are the Miami-Dade County Public Schools allowing transgender students to participate in sports as the gender they identify with, but they are also teaching their students entire lessons on Gender and Sexual Orientation.

Disney STRIKES BACK and says Florida is responsible for its $2B bond debt after Gov. DeSantis stripped it of 55-year-old special status

Disney has hit back at Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis over his decision to strip the Reedy Creek Improvement District of special privileges, saying that there is a clause in its original contract that stipulates the state is responsible for its $2 billion bond debt.

Democrats have slammed DeSantis' decision as petty retaliation for Disney's opposition to his so-called 'Don't Say Gay' bill, warning that homeowners could face tax bills if they have to absorb costs from the company, though details are far from clear.

'The devil is in the details and we don't yet today have the details,' said Orange County Mayor Jerry Demings, whose county is partially home to Disney World.

He added it would be 'catastrophic for our budget' if the county had to assume the costs for public safety at the theme park resort.

DeSantis's bid to strip Disney World of its self-governing status could fail because of the tax burden it'll impose on locals, lawyers believe.

The Sunshine State's laws stipulate that all residents must be taxed equally.

But winding down Reedy Creek Improvement District - the name of the private body that oversees Disney's Orlando resort - would leave the state liable for $2 billion in bond debts currently held by the entertainment giant.

Disney issued those bonds - seen as an extremely safe financial investment - to fund the expansion of Walt Disney World Resort.

But unwinding Reedy Creek means families from Orange and Osceola Counties would be on the hook for between $2,200 and $2,800 each, because the district would be absorbed into both areas.

On Wednesday, the Reedy Creek board of supervisors carried on with business as usual on Wednesday, barely mentioning the decision to dissolve the district.

Israel Attacks Syrian Capital, Killing Nine

Five soldiers reportedly among the slain

Early Wednesday, Israel carried out a flurry of airstrikes against the Syrian capital of Damascus, hitting an apparent ammunition depot and several other sites and killing nine people.

Details are still emerging and as usual, Israel is not offering its own report on what happened. Of the nine killed, five were reportedly soldiers.

Israeli attacks are nominally aimed at Iran in Syria, though a lot of the deaths are just bystanders. Killing soldiers is also fairly rare, though hitting military sites is not so unusual.

UN special envoy Geir Pederson warned that the attacks shouldn’t distract from the already dire situation in Syria, noting the country is not in a frozen conflict yet.

Georgia finds over 1,600 instances of noncitizens voting in 2020

Georgia’s Republican Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger announced Tuesday that his department is examining evidence of ballot harvesting and illegitimate voting by noncitizens during the 2020 election.

According to Just the News, Raffensperger’s audit of voter registrations identified over 1,600 instances of noncitizens who voted in the 2020 presidential election.

On Tuesday’s John Solomon Reports podcast, Raffensperger explained, “What I found is we had 1,634 that were never put on the voter rolls. They were in the pending status because they couldn’t prove their citizenship,”

He added, “That’s a felony in Georgia to even attempt to register if you’re a noncitizen. And that’s a one to ten-year prison term and up to a $100,000 fine.”

The evidence presented by Raffensperger could provide additional proof of the Democrats’ efforts to rig the 2020 election.

Raffensperger reportedly sent this information to the state attorney general and district attorneys, who are expected to ask those who voted illegally, “Did you do this on your own free will? Or were you put up by it by some third-party organization?”

Raffensperger suggested that Democrat gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams has been supportive of noncitizens voting in the state’s elections, adding, “I’ve been pushing back on that. I think that’s an incredibly critical issue, not just for us here in Georgia but for the entire country. Only American citizens should vote.”

President Trump has frequently expressed his disappointment with Raffensperger for not doing enough to expose the fraud in the 2020 election. Despite multiple irregularities and evidence of widespread voter fraud, Raffensperger refused to properly audit the election results, resulting in Trump endorsing his Republican opponent, Rep. Jody Hice.

In recent months, Georgia’s secretary of state has acknowledged the need for voter integrity laws and the elimination of ballot harvesting. However, his comments have not restored the confidence of Georgia’s citizens, leading to a very tight race with challenger Jody Hice.

During the podcast interview, Raffensperger also commented on Georgia’s investigation into ballot harvesting, saying, “We’re going to follow that all the way.” He also emphasized, “We’re gonna get to the bottom of it, and we’re gonna prosecute.”

More Blasts Reported in Russian Provinces Bordering Ukraine

Ukraine reportedly used a Turkish-made drone to bomb oil depots inside Russia on Monday

A series of explosions were reported in several Russian provinces bordering Ukraine early Wednesday, and a fire broke out at an ammunition depot in the city of Belgorod, which is about 20 miles north of the Ukrainian border.

Blasts were also reported in the provinces of Kursk and Voronezh in the latest suspected Ukrainian attacks inside Russian territory.

On Monday, Ukraine reportedly launched strikes on two oil depots in the Russian city of Bryansk, which is about 70 miles from Ukraine’s border, deeper inside Russian territory than other reported Ukrainian attacks. Russian media reported major fires in Bryansk at a military facility holding 10,000 tons of fuel, and a second fire at a military fuel depot holding 5,000 tons.

A source told Middle East Eye that the Ukrainians are believed to have used a Turkish-made TB2 Bayraktar drone in the Bryansk attack. While Ankara hasn’t been nearly as hawkish towards Russia as other NATO members in the current conflict, Ukraine has purchased military equipment from Turkey for years.

Since 2019, Ukraine has bought dozens of Bayraktar drones from Turkey. The first reported use of the drones by Kyiv happened in October 2021, when Ukraine targeted a mobile artillery unit in the eastern Donbas region.

Ukraine hasn’t taken responsibility for attacks inside Russia, but Ukrainian officials have hinted at involvement. Ukrainian presidential advisor Mykhailo Podolyak said Wednesday that “when you massively attack another country … then sooner or later the debts will have to be repaid.”

The reported Ukrainian attacks inside Russia come as the US and its European allies are flooding weapons into Ukraine and are encouraging Kyiv to strike inside Russian territory. On Tuesday, the UK’s armed services minister said it was “completely legitimate” for Ukraine to be hitting targets inside Russia to disrupt logistics and added that it was “not necessarily a problem” if the Ukrainians carried out such attacks using weapons provided by London.

Biden admin left $7 billion in military equipment in Afghanistan: Report

President Joe Biden’s administration left roughly $7 billion in military equipment behind in Afghanistan after the deadly withdrawal in August that left the Taliban in control, a new Pentagon report reviewed by CNN on Wednesday showed.

According to the report, the U.S. gave the Afghan National Defense and Security Forces $18.6 billion in equipment between 2005 and 2021. Approximately $7.12 billion was still in Afghanistan after the withdrawal, including aircraft, air-to-ground munitions, military vehicles, weapons, communications equipment and more.

The report states that Biden’s Department of Defense does not plan to “retrieve or destroy” the billions of dollars worth of equipment that is now under the Taliban’s control.

Some of the equipment left in Afghanistan needs “specialized maintenance that DoD contractors previously provided…in the form of technical knowledge and support.”

The report further claims that five Mi-17 helicopters were formally transferred from Afghanistan to Ukraine this year, but they were already in Ukraine for maintenance prior to the withdrawal.

“These five helicopters were in Ukraine undergoing overhaul maintenance when the Afghan government collapsed, and have remained there since,” the report states.

U.S. officials also relocated from Afghanistan to Ukraine more than 15 million rounds of Ball rifle ammunition, over 99,000 40 mm high-explosive/fragmentation grenade cartridges and roughly 119,000 82mm mortar rounds.

Almost 80 aircraft worth $923.3 million were left at the Hamid Karzai International Airport in Kabul, but the report states that U.S. troops demilitarized the aircraft and made them inoperable.

Over 9,500 air-to-ground munitions worth $6.54 million were also left behind in Afghanistan, with the “significant majority” of “remaining aircraft munitions” being “non-precision munitions.”

More than 40,000 military vehicles were abandoned in the now Taliban-controlled nation, including 12,000 military Humvees. The report added that “the operational condition of the remaining vehicles” is “unknown.”

Of the 427,300 weapons the U.S. gave Afghan forces prior to the withdrawal, more than 300,000 remained after the Taliban took over.

West encouraging Kiev to attack Russia with NATO-supplied weapons, says diplomat

Western countries are openly calling on Ukraine to attack Russian territory using the weapons they supply to Kiev, Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said at a briefing on Thursday.

"We have already commented the other day on statements by British Deputy Defense Minister [James] Heappey about okaying Ukraine's strikes on Russian military targets," she said, "In other words, the West is openly calling on Kiev to attack Russia, even with weapons received from NATO countries."

According to Zakharova, Kiev has taken this as a guide to action: over the past few weeks, the Ukrainian armed forces have shelled Russian border territories, resulting in casualties and destruction.

"Further evidence that [Ukrainian President Vladimir] Zelensky's regime is not independent in its decisions and is completely dependent on external handlers," a representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry pointed out.

She also stressed that such criminal activity of the Ukrainian military against the Russian territory cannot go unanswered. "I would like Kiev and Western capitals to take seriously the statements of our country's Defense Ministry that further Ukrainian provocations to strike Russian targets will definitely lead to a harsh response from Russia," Zakharova pointed out.
