Representative Mike Johnson to Mayorkas: Because of your deliberate and defiant policies, we have a literal invasion of lawless masses flooding over our border from more than 160 countries…our entire country is becoming a crime scene…Based on the facts and evidence, we've concluded you are doing this intentionally.

Steube: Do you include black lives matter and antifa in that definition? [terrorism-related threat]

Mayorkas: I do not consider black lives matter to…

Steube: So the riots we saw over the summer of 2020, the killing of David Dorn by an antifa member, that wasn't domestic terror?

Mayorkas: It is not my province to address a particular case…

Steube: What about the riots at the Department of Interior by a leftist environmental group, would you term that domestic terrorism?

Mayorkas: I leave it to the Department of Justice to define domestic terrorism with respect to particular incidents.

Steube: Obviously now, based on your testimony, you don't include leftist radicalized groups, only white nationalists, and right radicalized groups.

Steube: The latest report from Texas reports that between June 1st, 2011, and November 30th, 2021, 356,000 criminal aliens were booked into Texas jails. Of which, 243,000 were identified as being in the country illegally. Those illegal aliens were charged with more than 401,000 criminal offenses, including 742 murders, 47,000 assaults, 7500 burglaries, and over 11,000 sexual assaults and other sex crimes, and that is just in the state of Texas. And you can't name one referral the DHS has made on a domestic terrorism charge, to the DOJ.

Tiffany: Did you vet them [Afghan refugees] before they left the Kabul airport?

Mayorkas: We did not. We vetted them at third countries.

Tiffany: That's not what DHS and the Camp Commander said in Ft. McCoy. They said they were still vetting people after they arrived, already had parole, when they were in Ft. McCoy, in my state of Wisconsin.

Dean: I'm hoping you [Mayorkas/DHS] are considering TPS [Temporary Protected Status] for Ethiopians who really are suffering tremendously. I think our country should be offering that to people fleeing.

Bentz says in the southern four counties of Oregon, there are massive, cartel-run, marijuana growing operations, utilizing illegal aliens as workers. He didn't mention it, but in years past, these would have easily been detected from the air by the DEA, and shut down.
