So how would YOU use a million twitter bots to influence public figures? Personally, I think I'd use them to "like" whatever a figure is saying that follows my ideology. So, regarding the Twitter purchase, all these lefties are losing followers and righties are gaining. Are we not assuming that bots are being kicked off and leftover conservatives/patriots are being allowed to follow more figures, justifying the flux of followers? Remember, Musk hasn't done squat with Twitter except announce he is moving forward with the purchase that will take about 6 months. Code being locked is a mere formality during an acquisition, no? Ultimately, I feel the flux of followers from left to right only signifies that those who control the bots are changing their target, who to influence with "likes" or maybe replies/opinions.
