Two consenting adults filming an expression of human sexuality in various forms and then publishing that for other people to consume isn't human rights abuses. The industry targeting youth and poaching "talent" (victims) at age 18 is immoral and should be stopped. Heavy regulation of the industry and much more stringent controls over access would be a useful way to scale back the damage it can lead to, as well allowing adults to have their free speech still protected. You're not going to easily put that back in Pandora's box, but you can regulate the industry to hell and force it to work to a higher standard. Going back to the days of sexual repression a la "The church has to approve you being allowed to do anything other than missionary position" will not happen again.

Federal obscenity laws need to be clearly defined instead of vaguely non-descriptive abstractions of interpretations allowed to be on the books.

States need to be allowed to represent their constituency with their own laws in this regard, and the laws need to be clearly worded as well.

The industry should be heavily regulated if allowed to persist at all. That includes health/safety, background checks, recruiting practices, detailed contractual legalities agreed upon by all parties.

Minimum age for participation/consumption should be raised to 21.

Any content uploaded to any platform without age/identities verified should be instantly removed.

So you skipped that part. Not advocating for or against. But if TPTB are going to allow it to continue, it needs heavy regulation. Otherwise, get rid of it.
