Take one block of cream cheese
Brush it thoroughly with Maple Syrup of Honey
Put on a cold smoke for 5 hours
Place cream cheese in a plastic bag, plastic container, vacuum pack…try to get out as much air as you can. You could wrap in plastic wrap and then cover it with tin foil, but whatever you do…leave it in the fridge for a week.
Then make some toast or a bagel, put a smear of this Maple/Honey Smoked Cream Cheese!
