Hunter Biden once met with a controversial Russian oligarch who’s been sanctioned by the UK over the deadly invasion of Ukraine — but hasn’t faced any punishment from the US.

An itinerary for a three-day visit to the US by billionaire Vladimir Yevtushenkov shows a breakfast scheduled with President Biden’s son at the swank Ritz-Carlton hotel near Central Park from 9 to 10 a.m. on March 14, 2012, investigative journalist Vicky Ward revealed on her Substack account Wednesday.

The Russian-language document was reportedly stored on a computer server at Sistema, the business conglomerate Yevtushenkov founded in 1993.

It was copied by a former Sistema insider who was “concerned by what it shows,” Ward wrote.

A spokesman for Sistema confirmed to The Post on Friday that the meeting took place and said it was “among a number of other meetings as part of a routine business trip to the US to scout potential investment opportunities.”

“There was no follow-up from the meeting and Mr. Yevtushenkov has not met or had any contact with Hunter Biden since then,” spokesman Peter Morley said in an email.

The meeting was held while Biden’s dad was vice president.

Joe Biden has denied any knowledge of, or involvement with, his scandal-scarred son’s business dealings, which are the subject of a federal grand jury probe in Delaware.

The London Stock Exchange suspended trading of shares in Sistema on March 4 in response to Russian President Vladimir Putin’s ongoing invasion of Ukraine.

The company’s shares are now traded on the Moscow Stock Exchange, where they were selling Friday afternoon for less than 13 rubles each, down from a 52-week high of 34.42.

Yevtushenkov, whose mansion in London’s posh Holland Park neighborhood has been picketed by pro-Ukrainian protesters, was personally sanctioned by Britain on April 13.

In response, he officially gave up control of Sistema by reducing his stake in the company to 49.2% by transferring 10% ownership to his son.

In 2018, two members of Congress called on the US Treasury and State departments to investigate Yevtushenkov over allegations that his “companies have been involved in large-scale investment and construction projects in the Crimea region of Ukraine that has been illegally occupied and annexed by the Russian Federation.”

Rep. Lauren Boebert, R-Colo., has authored legislation to shut down a new Department of Homeland Security board designed to police misinformation.

Boebert's legislation would defund the "Disinformation Governance Board" and ensure the federal government doesn't have role in defining what truth is for the American people.

"This kind of stuff is terrifying. We in Congress have the power of the purse. It is our duty to shut down this department immediately," Boebert told Fox News Digital Friday in an interview. "I'm calling on leadership in the Republican Party — Leader [Kevin] McCarthy, Whip [Steve] Scalise and others — to join me in calling for this department to be shut down and defunded."

Representatives for McCarthy did not immediately respond to whether he backs this bill or efforts to impeach DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, which Boebert also wants. Scalise supports Boebert's bill.

Both Scalise and McCarthy recently signed onto a letter questioning Mayorkas' suitability for office but didn't specifically raise impeachment.

A teacher at a Pennsylvania high school hosted a drag show for students in the "Genders Sexualities Alliance" club after school hours and didn't notify parents or ask for permission slips.

The incident occurred at the Hempfield High School in Lancaster on Monday.

Video from the bizarre event surfaced on the popular "Libs of TikTok" account on Twitter:

The event was announced at the school during regular hours, but parents were not notified prior to the event.

The Hempfield school district released a statement apologizing for the drag show.

"First and foremost, the administration team apologizes to students, parents, and the community on behalf of those involved in this event. We are appalled at what took place and in no way condone this type of activity in our schools. Neither the dress of the invited guests nor the performance was appropriate in our school setting," the statement read.

The statement went on to say that the incident was under investigation and that one person involved was on administrative leave, but they didn't identify that person.

"We commit to completing a thorough investigation and holding those involved accountable, up to and including disciplinary action that is commensurate with any findings," the district added.

A statement reportedly from the teacher on social media expressed her joy about the event and no regrets.

"I don't know how to explain the sheer joy I feel in my bones when these queens come take time out of their busy schedules to perform for us (year 3!) and to be with my students," read the statement. "As GSA co-advisor and a queer teacher, it makes me emotional to think of this space we have created — I would have loved nothing more than to have a space like they have, an opportunity to attend their own drag show."
