The Census Bureau won't be able to publish some findings from the 2020 count until May 2023 — the longest delay of census data in memory — leaving some businesses and agencies that rely on the numbers in limbo. The pandemic is only partly to blame.

“Where did those kids go?” Public school systems are starting to feel the pinch from enrollment losses tied to the pandemic. School funding, partially driven by headcounts, is down sharply because families are opting for homeschooling and private schools.

Interesting tweet. New body cam footage that shows a DC cop beating Rosanne Boyland, —who was likely already dead after police gassed, shoved protesters in an enclosed tunnel—was released yesterday.

 

Gonell was in that tunnel. He said he gave her CPR at 4:26 but that’s not true:
