US weapons supply to Ukraine prepped in January

A scheme to send US weapons to Ukraine, using the “lend-lease” formula pioneered during WWII to skirt neutrality laws, was officially approved by Congress this week. However, it was put together all the way back in January – more than a month before Moscow recognized the Donbass republics as independent and sent troops into Ukraine.

Republican Senator John Cornyn introduced the Ukraine Democracy Defense Lend-Lease Act, also known as S.3522, on January 19, 2022. This is according to the official Congress.gov page for the bill. On the same date, it was co-sponsored by senators Benjamin Cardin, Jeanne Shaheen and Roger Wicker.

Senators Richard Blumenthal and Lindsey Graham endorsed it the very next day, January 20. Other endorsements trickled in over the following weeks, with a total of 14 senators on board by February 9, again according to Congress.gov.

Russia did not recognize the independence of Donetsk and Lugansk until February 21. The “special military operation” to demilitarize Ukraine began on what was already February 24 in Washington.

Oddly enough, the Senate Foreign Relations Committee only took up Cornyn’s proposal on April 6. It was approved unanimously, proposed on the floor by Majority Leader Chuck Schumer and adopted by voice vote – whereupon it sat in limbo for weeks while the Democrat-dominated House was on vacation. On Thursday, after an hour of pro-forma debate, the House approved it in a 417-10 vote. Every single Democrat voted in favor, while all 10 dissenters were Republicans.

Sacramento County Sheriff's Office says internet child porn task force funding threatened

Task force nearing end of its 3-year-term for dedicated personnel; Gov.Gavin Newsom's current budget does not include renewing operation's funding

Funding is likely to soon come to an end for a Sacramento task force responsible for investigating and arresting sexual predators who exploit and abuse children.

Both the Sacramento Valley Hi Tech Crime Task Force and the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force (ICAC) work as one to protect children from sexual predators across Northern California. They investigate crimes like the creation and possession of child pornography.

Funding for the operation was issued in 2019 from a one-time appropriation requested by Assm. Jim Cooper, D-Elk Grove, for $5 million per year for three years. June 30, 2022, marks the end of the three-year funding and Gov. Gavin Newsom’s proposed state budget for 2022-2023 excludes funding the California ICAC program.

Cooper, who is currently running for the office of Sacramento Sheriff, served as a captain in the sheriff's office for 30 years.

In total five ICAC Operations protect California. The Sacramento Valley Task Forces serves 30 counties that stretch from Stanislas County to the Oregon border and from Vallejo to the Nevada border.

One of the team's latest major arrests includes Demetrius Davis, who is believed to have exploited more than 100 children across the country while posing as a young girl online. Davis made his first court appearance earlier this week.

Pentagon Says the US Is Training Ukrainian Forces in Germany

Training is also taking place at two other sites in Europe outside of Ukraine

The Pentagon announced Friday that the US has begun training Ukrainian forces in Germany on how to use advanced military equipment Washington is providing Kyiv.

“Today, I can announce that the United States has commenced training with the Ukrainian Armed Forces on key systems at US military installations in Germany,” Pentagon spokesman John Kirby said.

Kirby said the effort in Germany is building on artillery training Ukrainian forces had received from the US elsewhere in Europe outside of Ukraine. The US has been training Ukrainians on how to use howitzers, but wouldn’t disclose where the training was being held.

The current training is taking place in Germany and two other undisclosed locations in Europe. “We’re talking about roughly three locations outside of Ukraine, and in this case, we definitely can identify Germany as a site, but there are other sites outside Ukraine … we’re just not at liberty to disclose where they are,” Kirby said.

Kirby said 160 Florida National Guard troops that were stationed in Ukraine and pulled out before Russia’s invasion will be doing the “bulk” of the training. Besides artillery, the Ukrainians will also be trained to use radar systems and armored vehicles.

The UK is the only country reportedly training Ukrainian forces inside Ukrainian territory, a move that risks provoking Moscow. The Times reported that British Special Air Service (SAS) troops were in Kyiv training Ukrainians on how to use anti-tank weapons provided by London.

The announced training in Germany comes after President Biden asked Congress for a massive $33 billion aid package for Ukraine, including $20.4 billion in military aid. Both the US and NATO have said they are prepared to support Ukraine against Russia in the long term.

Russian aircraft eliminate five Ukrainian ammo depots, over 200 nationalists - top brass

Over 2,500 special motor vehicles, 2,678 tanks destroyed in Ukraine operation

Aircraft of the Russian Aerospace Forces struck five Ukrainian ammunition depots, eliminating over 200 nationalists, Russian Defense Ministry Spokesman Major-General Igor Konashenkov said on Saturday.

"Over the day, operational-tactical aircraft of the Russian Aerospace Forces struck two command posts, nine company-level strongholds and areas of amassed manpower and military equipment as well as five ammunition and fuel depots," the spokesman said. "More than 200 nationalists and 23 pieces of armored vehicles have been eliminated."

Konashenkov said that the missile and artillery troops struck 319 areas of the amassment of enemy manpower and military equipment, 12 command posts and two missile/artillery arms and ammunition depots.

Nearly 2,700 Ukrainian tanks and other armored vehicles as well as 2,503 special military motor vehicles have been eliminated since the start of Russia’s special military operation in Ukraine, Russian Defense Ministry Spokesman said.

"Overall, the following targets have been eliminated since the start of the special military operation: 2,678 tanks and other combat armored vehicles, <…and 2,503 special military motor vehicles," the spokesman said.

Konashenkov added that 143 aircraft, 112 helicopters, 660 unmanned aerial vehicles, 279 surface-to-air missile systems, 308 multiple launch rocket systems, 1,196 field artillery guns and mortars had been taken out.

Russian air defense forces have shot down Ukraine’s Su-25 attack aircraft in the Kherson Region as well as 12 rockets of the Smerch multiple launch rocket system in the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR), Konashenkov said.

"Russian air defense systems shot down a Su-25 belonging to the Ukrainian Air Force near Chervony Yar in the Kherson Region," the spokesman said.

According to Konashenkov, two Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles were destroyed over Vladimirovka and "12 rockets of the Smerch multiple launch rocket systems were intercepted near Kamenka in the Donetsk People’s Republic.".

Russian air-launched precision missiles struck 17 Ukrainian military sites, including five emplacements of artillery and multiple launch rocket systems, Major-General said.

"Air-launched precision missiles delivered strikes on 17 Ukrainian military targets during the day," Konashenkov said.

In particular, eight areas of the amassment of Ukrainian manpower and military equipment, five emplacements of artillery and multiple launch rocket systems, as well as two strongholds, were hit.

"Also, a command post and a storage facility with rocket and artillery weapons were destroyed near Pokrovskoye in the Dnepropetrovsk Region," he added.

Mossad operate in Iran, foil IRGC plot to kill Israeli diplomat, US general

Iran's Quds Force reportedly also planned to assassinate a senior American military general in Germany and a journalist in France.

The Mossad operated in Iran where it apprehended and questioned an Iranian national who led a plot to kill an Israeli diplomat and an American general.

An audio recording released on Saturday showed a photo of Mansour Rasouli, the Iranian national, admitting that he had been ordered to establish a cell that was to carry out the assassinations of a worker at the Israeli consulate in Istanbul, Turkey, a US general stationed in Germany and a journalist in France.

Rasouli was arrested and questioned in Iran., a rare and risky operation. In other cases, the Mossad regularly operates in conjunction with foreign intelligence services to thwart the attacks, almost always outside of Iran. Officials said that the attack shows that the threat the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) poses the world is not isolated to Israel and needs to be confronted accordingly.

News of the thwarted IRGC plot was first reported by the London-based Iran International reported on Saturday.

The Quds Force - the IRGC branch responsible for overseas operations - planned to carry out the assassinations via drug cartels, with the Islamic Republic reportedly willing to pay over a million dollars for the targets.

The planned hits were organized by a member of Quds Force's Unit 840 stationed in Europe, who was paid $150,000 to "prepare for the assassinations" by using his connections to various European drug lords, the report stated.

The Syrian cell, known as Unit 840, is a relatively secretive operational unit that plans terrorist infrastructure outside Iran against western targets and opposition groups, according to the IDF.

Defense officials said that the Iranian regime has been trying to attack Israeli and Jewish targets and that the recent assassination attempt joins a long list of similar plots that were foiled in Kenya, Colombia and other places around the world.

Turkish, British, and American reports over the last number of years have accused Iran of using major international crime organizations to help advances its goal abroad, which includes carrying out terrorist plots. According to reports, Iranian intelligence employed the Zindashti cartel, headed by heroin kingpin Naji Sharifi Zindashti, to assassinate or abduct Iranian dissidents living in Turkey since 2015.

In 2020, Turkish police said 13 members connected to Zindashti were arrested on charges of collaboration with the Islamic Republic of Iran's intelligence operations.

In February, Turkish media reported that Turkish and Israeli intelligence forces foiled an Iranian assassination attempt on the life of Israeli businessman Yair Geller. In October of last year, it was reported that more Israeli businessmen, including Teddy Sagi, were the targets of "Iranian terror" in Cyprus.

Key senator says liberals using race, lawsuits to facilitate election fraud

Former DOJ official calls Biden coordination with liberal groups "a very incestuous circle."

Sen. Rick Scott, the chairman of the Senate Republicans' fund-raising arm, is accusing the Biden Justice Department and liberal activists of using lawsuits and charges of racism to weaken election integrity laws so that "you can commit fraud in this country."

The Florida Republican senator as well as Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) said Friday they were concerned by internal emails made public Friday by Just the News illustrating how the Biden DOJ was coordinating with liberal activist groups to challenge Georgia's and other states' election laws on stated grounds of racial discrimination.

Scott said Democrats were using the race card as a cudgel to eviscerate commonsense laws that require voters to show IDs even though such election protections are widely supported by Americans in polls, including a vast majority of black voters.

"You know what the left does? Well, you're a racist. My gosh, if you do anything like that you're a racist," Scott said in an interview on the John Solomon Reports podcast. "If you do you have to ask somebody for their ID, you're a racist, or if you don't allow us to do same-day registration where you won't know who's voting, you must be a racist."

Scott said the constant attacks against such commonsense protection has spurred the National Republican Senatorial Committee he chairs and the Republican National Committee to join forces and contest liberal lawsuits across the country.

"We're defending lawsuits all over the country where these states have improved their election laws to make sure that your vote is never diluted," he said.

Scott said the behind-the-scenes coordination Just the News exposed between the Biden DOJ and liberal advocacy groups is designed to tip the system in Democrats' favor with mass absentee ballots, no ID checks and third-party ballot harvesting.

"Justice know what's important: It's we want to make sure that you can commit fraud in this country," he said. "That's what they're doing. We don't like you to have to show your ID. It's not fair that you get to know who's going to vote in an election. And we ought to be able to ballot harvest. And by the way, those ballot boxes, they shouldn't be monitored. That's what they want."

Jordan, the ranking Republican on the House Judiciary Committee, told Just the News the DOJ's collaboration with liberal voting groups follows a pattern of Democrats weaponizing government institutions against everyday Americans, such as what happened in the Russia collusion case when the Clinton campaign and its lawyer brought bogus Trump-Russia dirt to the FBI.

"This is part of this scary, scary pattern," Jordan said. "… We saw it last fall when the National School Board Association partnered up with the Justice Department, sends a letter to the Biden administration asking to treat parents as domestic terrorists. And five days later, the Justice Department sends out a memorandum from the Attorney General to U.S. attorneys around the country saying do exactly what the School Board Association asked.

"So you see this pattern. You saw it with Perkins Coie, the big law firm, and the Democrat Party working with the FBI. We got Mr. Durham doing an investigation on that now." Jordan was referring to the indictment brought by Special Counsel John Durham accusing Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussmann of lying to the FBI during the Russia probe.

GOP congresswoman denounces transgenderism as ‘nothing but rebellion against God’

‘You cannot change your gender. It’s a lie,’ said Rep. Mary Miller.

Republican Rep. Mary Miller denounced the left’s transgender agenda as “rebellion against God” and blasted the Biden administration for pushing it on young children, which she called “child abuse.”

“You cannot change your gender. It’s a lie,” Miller told Breitbart News Saturday in an interview with Matthew Boyle. “And people who have gender identity problems, I sympathize with them, but why are we going to go along with ‘The Emperor’s New Clothes’ and play along with this charade? I’m not going to do it. I mean, they’re purposely preventing the child’s physical development, and I’m calling it child abuse.”

Miller said she thinks the transgender movement has taken root in the U.S. because “we have rejected God” and are “swimming in an abyss of confusion.” Underscoring her Christian faith, she stated, “I am unashamed of our Judeo-Christian heritage and the values that most Americans hold to. God created us male and female — this is nothing but rebellion against God.”

Earlier in April, Miller slammed the Biden administration for its “woke” politics. She accused the White House of “lying to children” in pushing “sex change” surgeries and puberty blockers while calling the drugs “reversible.”

“The Biden Administration,” Miller tweeted on April 8, “is engaging in extreme ‘woke’ politics by encouraging children to take chemical castration drugs and undergo surgeries, and they are lying to children by telling them puberty blockers are ‘reversible.’ We must protect our children!”

The tweet came in response to a video clip of White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki, in which she declared, “Gender affirming health care for transgender kids is the best practice and potentially lifesaving.” This so-called “health care” included puberty blockers, hormone drugs, and “sex change” surgeries.

PolitFact then called Miller’s tweet “false” in a “fact-check” on April 17, in spite of the fact that many healthcare professionals have challenged the claim that such treatments are “reversible.” Some doctors have called the claim a “bald-face lie,” according to a report of Breitbart News. In response to the fact-check, Miller provided PolitiFact with information from Mayo Clinic, which “cites the potential long-term effects of puberty blockers — including bone growth and density, future fertility and growth spurts.”

French Election FRAUD Puts 2020 To Shame — Millions Of Uncounted Le Pen Ballots Found

If you thought the U.S. election in 2020 was bad, it’s nothing compared to the sham election that just went down in France.

Emmanuel Macron, a former Rothschild banker and World Economic Forum “Young Global Leader,” may have been crowned the “winner”, but millions of Le Pen voters lost their ballots and rights on Sunday.

In France, if a ballot is damaged, it cannot be cast. So the political establishment, who are desperate to install Macron in office for another five years, arranged for the destruction of millions of Le Pen ballots.

Following an eerily similar script from the last French presidential election in 2017, evidence circulating on Twitter shows the same issue which reared its head at that time – spoiled ballots. In 2017 the UK Daily Mail reported that there were 4.2 million “spoiled ballots” reported out by election authorities, an enormous number in an election in which a total of 36 million people voted.

A spoiled ballot is a ballot which has extraneous marks on it, is defaced, torn, or otherwise unacceptable. They are automatically rejected and cannot be counted. Typically spoiled ballots in the US cannot exceed 1%.

In 2017 the UK report assumed that 4.2 million people in France had spoiled their own ballots, speculating that:

“a record-breaking 12 per cent of French voters were projected to have spoiled their ballots – seemingly put off by both politicians [Macron and Le Pen] who are not members of establishment parties.”

Fast forward to 2022 and the UK Guardian reports: “The number of spoiled votes, and the abstention rate, were also alarmingly high.” But no exact numbers of spoiled votes are available.

Why won’t the authorities release the number of spoiled votes?

“Only Le Pen’s ballots showed up damaged or destroyed, none for Macron.”

As today, Le Pen’s name is consistently prefaced with the descriptor “far right” even though Macron escapes any prejudicial descriptor. However Le Pen rejects “Frexit” similar to Britain’s Brexit from the EU, and says she would place French troops “neither under an integrated NATO command nor under a future European command…”

Le Pen calls Macron a “globalist puppet.”

Pre-election polls had Macron and Le Pen running neck and neck, within margin of error, as recently as April 10.

The spoiled ballots shown in the video below, all Le Pen’s, all have disqualifying tears in about the same place. Spoiled ballots are held by the French government.
