Anon's dad was in high school back in the '30's. All the country music stars would make a circuit to the little country schools and play the auditorium during a school day. Hank was one who did, and my dad never forgot it.

Whether one likes the sound of country or not, it's true that the majority of it is about getting drunk or high, and cheating on your spouse or vice versa.
