This odyssey with Q and anon's has been an education like no other. Because of my field of interest, I am viewing the history of WWII differently with the knowledge we have now of how deeply the Crown, Roths, the Bar etc are imbedded in our instituions to this day.

 

Aside from the over arching questions about the war and a nations true motivations, I do see some operational things that appear suspicious to me now.

 

Bernard Montgomery's reticence to engage with commonwealth troops, and letting Americans be ground up week after week while he sat on his haunches instead of meeting his obligation to seize Caen.
