1. Per the expert report of a former FBI Special Agent and forensic expert, computer images and photographs used by the government to convict Mr. Raniere at jury trial were materially altered when in FBI custody. Ex. A.

1. Specifically, there is evidence that computer data related to digital photographs taken of a nude female were materially altered to make it appear that these photographs were taken in 2005.
