Homeland Security Secretary Mayorkas Says DHS Prepared to Facilitate Import of 500,000 Illegal Aliens Per Month

Skipping past the discussion of the DHS “disinformation board,”….. While appearing on an ironically named CNN broadcast “The State of Our Union”, Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas tells John King’s ex-wife, that for several months DHS has been preparing to start handling and processing 18,000 illegal aliens per day (540,000/mo) as soon as CDC Title 42 is lifted.

If DHS estimates are accurate, between now and the November mid-term election, DHS will import an additional 3,000,000 illegal aliens from various nations around the world, through the U.S-Mexico border.

Cumulatively, this arrival estimate will put the number of illegal aliens arriving in the United States during Joe Biden’s first two years in office somewhere north of 10 million people. For scale, that’s an imported group of illegal aliens three times the size of the population of Mississippi. WATCH:

Rachel Levine says pediatricians all agree on importance of 'gender-affirming care' for children

'Gender-affirming care' includes irreversible surgery for adolescents on a 'case-by-case basis,' according to HHS

Assistant Secretary of Health Rachel Levine, the highest-ranking transgender person in the U.S. government, claimed during a recent interview with NPR that "there is no argument" about "gender-affirming care" among pediatricians and doctors who specialize in adolescents.

Levine made the comments ahead of a Saturday speech at Texas Christian University during which Levine blamed the high rate of suicidal ideation among transgender-identifying youth in part on "harassment, scapegoating and intentional abuse," according to prepared remarks given to NPR.

"The language of medicine and science is being used to drive people to suicide," Levine also claimed.

"There is no argument among medical professionals – pediatricians, pediatric endocrinologists, adolescent medicine physicians, adolescent psychiatrists, psychologists, etc. – about the value and the importance of gender-affirming care," Levine told NPR.

According to definitions laid out in a fact sheet from Levine's Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) in March, "gender-affirming care" includes social affirmation at any age, puberty blockers during puberty and hormone therapy starting during early adolescence. Irreversible surgery is "typically used in adulthood or case-by-case basis in adolescence," according to the agency.

Durham unmasks alliance between media, Democrat dirt diggers that triggered false Russia story

Court filings show plan to introduce evidence that Clinton campaign flooded media with "unverified derogatory information" on Trump.

Just days after Hillary Clinton emissaries Christopher Steele and Michael Sussmann approached the FBI in September 2016 with dirt that would infuse the Russia collusion probe, the campaign's opposition research firm sent some of the same information to New York Times journalists.

"Gents good to see you yesterday," a Fusion GPS executive wrote the reporters. "Sounded like you might be interested in some of the attached russia-related material. these are internal, open source research drafts, as agreed, pls treat this as background/not for attribution. as you'll see it's all easily replicated anyway."

The invitation to further dirty up Donald Trump continued: "Can also send you a [name]/Toronto memo once i dig it out. I'm skipping over [name] and [company name]. believe your guys have done that up … leave it to you to distribute internally, or not, as you see fit. don't believe sunny isles/hollywood or panama or toronto have been touched by brands xy or z. amazingly, don't think anyone has done up the trump tower poker ring story either. pretty vivid color there."

The missive is one of hundreds of emails that Special Counsel John Durham has obtained between Clinton campaign operatives and journalists that spread "unverified derogatory information" about Donald Trump, spawning the false Russia collusion narrative shortly before Election Day 2016. They've now been made public in court filings.

File

gov.uscourts.dcd_.235638.97.0.pdf

Durham recently disclosed several communications with reporters in a filing designed to reject the Clinton campaign's claim that its Steele dossier and other research should be shielded from public view at an upcoming trial because it was covered by attorney client privilege.

Durham's argument is straightforward: Attorney-client privilege doesn't apply to materials the campaign distributed widely to third parties.

But his filing also puts the traditional media on notice that when Sussmann's trial on a charge of lying to the FBI begins next month, the unholy alliance between traditional media reporters and the Democrat machine will be laid bare for the world to see.

And it is clear prosecutors have a clear theory that much of the information spread and then reported by the news media was glaringly weak if not outright false. Durham's filings refer to the Clinton opposition research alternately as a "red herring," "unverified" "too obvious" to be true, or containing a "very weak link." In some cases, those were words used by the very researchers helping assemble the materials.

Yet the traditional media reported it and re-reported it for nearly two years before Special Counsel Robert Mueller concluded there was no evidence of a Trump-Russia conspiracy to hijack the 2016 election.

"One of the famous fake news outlets likes to say, 'Democracy dies in darkness.' They're exactly right," former Rep. Devin Nunes, the Republican House Intelligence Committee chairman who helped uravel the Russia collusion narrative, told Just the News. "They're the ones who have created the darkness, and democracy does die. It just happens to be the fake news media that's actually creating this."

Poland Threatens To Seize Russian Pipelines

As Poland desperately attempts to restore the flow of Russian gas to the country, its government has ordered Russian Novatek to hand over pipeline infrastructure or face legal action amounting to infrastructure expropriation.

On Friday, a Polish government spokesman told the Associated Press that Russian Novatek Green Energy had been ordered to make its pipelines available to Polish companies and that failure to comply would mean legal action.

Invoking crisis management laws, AP cited government spokesperson Piotr Mueller as saying that the fate of Novatek, Russia’s second-largest natural gas producer, “depends on whether this Russian firm, linked to Russia, will cooperate in the proper way …. whether the employees, acting on some instructions, will not be trying to block this process in some way”.

Russian RT media, a Kremlin mouthpiece, reported that Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki had “requested state companies PGNiG, PSG and Gaz-System to immediately supply gas to grids formally owned by Novatek.”

While Poland’s state-run gas companies can provide gas to those municipalities that have been cut off, they require Novatek’s infrastructure to achieve that.

Several dozen Polish municipalities have been left without gas after Novatek suspended supplies to the country earlier this week.

Also earlier this week, Poland placed a Novatek subsidiary on its sanctions list, along with 50 other Russian and Belarussian entities and individuals.

On Thursday, Polish officials vowed to force compensation from Gazprom for what it has called “unlawful” actions. Poland claims that Russia has breached its contract by demanding that natural gas be paid for in rubles and then cutting off gas supplies upon Poland’s refusal to comply.

“Gazprom will have to pay us compensation because it acted in an obviously unlawful way. This is the opinion of specialists from different countries,” Deputy foreign minister Piotr Wawrzyk told Polskie Radio.

Klaus Schwab’s Daughter Wants Governments to use COVID Policies for Climate Change

Nicole Schwab, the daughter of World Economic Forum founder Klaus Schwab and current WEF Co-Director of the Platform to Accelerate Nature-Based Solutions, wants governments to take advantage of COVID infrastructure and policies to fight climate change.

“Clearly, the system… is not sustainable,” began Nicole Schwab, speaking at an InTent roundtable. “So, I see it as a tremendous opportunity to really have this Great Reset and to use these huge flows of money, to use the increased levers that policymakers have today in a way that was not possible before to create a change that is not incremental, but that we can look back and we can say, ‘This is the moment where we really started to position nature at the core of the economy.’”

Schwab continues, saying that politicians and businesses have the opportunity to redesign the economies of the world with nature and “regenerative agriculture” in mind before pivoting into a discussion about “engaging youth” with climate change propaganda to create a “restoration generation” (i.e., indoctrinating an entire generation).

“And one of the key reflection points here is also around engaging youth,” Schwab continues. “And, for me, again, I come back to this shift in mindset of the restoration generation. Can we conceive of ourselves as humans — I mean, you talked about a new humanity… Can we conceive of ourselves as a restoration generation?”

“I think that’s where we need to go. I’m also hopeful that it’s possible, but I think it will take a lot of will, both political will but also in terms of the business actors, to break with business as usual… And this is about risk, and it’s about risk, and it’s about resilience because the shocks coming are going to be even worse if we don’t do it now. “

It appears the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree.

Nicole’s father, Klaus Schwab, has also spoken and written on redesigning society with climate policies at the fore.

In a WEF article entitled “Now is the time for a ‘great reset,’” Schwab senior lays out the three key components of the Great Reset, second of which is “equality and sustainability.”

“The second component of a Great Reset agenda would ensure that investments advance shared goals, such as equality and sustainability… Rather than using these funds… to fill cracks in the old system, we should use them to create a new one that is more resilient, equitable, and sustainable in the long run. This means, for example, building “green” urban infrastructure and creating incentives for industries to improve their track record on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) metrics,” writes Schwab.

The environmental, social, and governance (ESG) metrics that Schwab mentions sound benign but are truly radical.

‘Fat Leonard’ Navy bribery trial will resume while judge considers accusations against prosecutors

Defense attorneys indicated Thursday they plan to request a mistrial in the “Fat Leonard” Navy bribery scandal, capping a highly unusual three-day special evidentiary hearing held to determine if prosecutors improperly failed to disclose exculpatory evidence or knowingly advanced a false narrative during the first several weeks of trial.

Lawyers for the five former naval officers on trial are expected to file briefings asking for a mistrial, dismissal and other lesser remedies in court over the next several days, with prosecutors given time to reply with their own briefings.

But U.S. District Judge Janis Sammartino has refused to put the trial — closing out its ninth week with several more to go — on hold in the meantime and has ordered the jury to return to the courtroom Monday morning after being absent a week.

“I’m not going to rush the deliberative process on this,” U.S. District Judge Janis Sammartino told attorneys, stressing the gravity of the forthcoming motions. “They’re significant, they’re important, and the court is going to take its time on that.”

The past week has been a scramble to get to the bottom of why federal investigators failed to create a report to be disclosed to the defense documenting brief conversations they had over the phone and in text messages with a prostitute in the Philippines. The woman, Ynah, was allegedly paid by Leonard Glenn Francis, a military contractor nicknamed for his large physique, to have sex with one of the defendants, former Capt. David Lausman.

In the conversations, Ynah denied having sex with a man who she wouldn’t identify and said she slept on the couch in his hotel room, according to evidence. She further said she lied to Francis about having sex so she would get paid.

Lausman’s attorneys argue that prosecutors violated the Brady Rule, referring to the 1963 U.S. Supreme Court ruling in Brady v. Maryland that requires the disclosure of exculpatory evidence.

The evidentiary hearing — which was held outside the presence of the jury to determine if a violation occurred — ventured into what has been described as unprecedented territory Thursday when two assistant U.S. attorneys from the prosecution team were questioned from the witness stand by their trial adversaries, the defense attorneys.

A larger-than-usual audience was present for the spectacle: the U.S. attorney himself and other supervisors from the office sitting on the left, behind the prosecutor table, and several curious members of the federal defense bar watching from the gallery on the right.

Jewish Israeli to become new programs director of Human Rights Watch

Sari Bashi, a longtime activist with the organization who is married to a Palestinian, to head up programming at HRW amid search for successor to departing director Kenneth Roth

Days after Kenneth Roth announced that he would step down as executive director of Human Rights Watch, the organization said that Sari Bashi, a Jewish Israeli activist married to a Palestinian man, would become its new program director.

“I’m thrilled, honored, humbled and grateful to announce that next month, I will begin my appointment as @hrw’s new Program Director, supervising our research and investigations as we reorient ourselves to strengthen the broader human rights ecosystem and meet today’s challenges,” Bashi tweeted on Friday.

She added that she will be leading “a team of 271 researchers, associates, specialists and managers, all trying, with humility, to build power and support the work of local and national human rights defenders.”

In the past, Bashi, a lawyer by training, co-founded and directed Gisha, an organization that pushes for freedom of movement for Palestinians in Gaza. From 2015 to 2018 she served as the director of Israel-Palestine for HRW, and returned to the organization last year as a special adviser.

The New York-based HRW advocates for human rights around the world since its founding in 1978. It has over 550 employees in more than 100 countries and a nearly $100 million budget to campaign against human rights abuses. The organization is a harsh and constant critic of Israeli behavior, which has raised the ire of Israeli officials and diplomats over the years.

A year ago, HRW issued a sweeping 213-page report accusing Israel of apartheid. Israel rejected the report, calling its “fictional claims… both preposterous and false,” and accusing HRW of having “a long-standing anti-Israel agenda.”
