Found this article in the WSJ interesting.

"To most onlookers, the U.S. appears to be in the midst of a successful cyber defense campaign against Russia. As Gen. Paul Nakasone, commander of U.S. Cyber Command, recently testified before Congress, theU.S. military is deploying military members to the region to sit “side by side with our partners.”Cyber Command has also “crafted options for national decision makers” and is “conducting operations as directed.”"

US CYBERCOM is a unified combatant command… I wonder how this is being viewed by the Russians.

IMO, directly supporting Ukraine in cyber operations (especially with CYBER-COM, the premier offensive cyber operations agency) is essentially an act of war.

Obviously, the US is already supporting Ukraine by arming them and laundering- ahem, I mean supporting them economically, but actively conducting cyber operations is kind of a new level.
