Can't imagine the whole thing ever being over… Its almost Ironic how people frame the idea of progress. You used to have dictatorships where it was illegal to not worship the elite as gods as kind of a standard form of government.. yet in some ways those people were more free than we ever have been.. and there's never been such a threat of absolute dystopia before modern tech.. and the tech isn't going to stop advancing… that's what's underneath all of this. and its not going to stop. maybe a great awakening of some kind will help for a while though.
