This is so stupid, repeating the same lie about Union Pacific curbing rail use when it's ver simple to see that it was forced to by a rule change on private rail car fleets, which CF Ind. does indeed run their own fleet. Surface Transportation Board changed the rules so that Union Pacific HAS to subsidize it's competion by giving them access to their private rail system, instead of to just customers. In effect nationalizing 20% of UNP.
