New (or is it?) Grift to bypass Federal Election Laws:

Buyout a LLC/company of a candidate before they declare a run for office. This will allow the candidate to have "excess cash" from an inflated buyout price to contribute to their campaign.

NSA and/or Space Force and FEC … please look into this new scam. A shell company or existing company can be used as a convenient way to "pad the coffers" and have that candidate beholden to a firm, a individual or an attorney (signing on behalf of a billionaire) Foreign powers might be employing this scam on US soil.

I will be monitoring FEC filings across IL to see if this scam goes into effect.

Later filings that show (for candidates that showed abnormally low balances initially) huge jumps in contributions by family or personal contributions are the best ones to examine.

Any attempt by lawyers to insert confidentially clauses to keep a candidate quiet should be met with the harshest legal penalties for all parties involved.

This attempt to undermine our elections or disguise the true handlers of a candidate need to be exposed Nationwide. Perhaps an EO on the books will help confiscate all assets of these parasitic individuals.
