What if I told you that the US understands this threat and has been backed into a corner on what to do?

What if I told you that in Trump’s administration, he removed any and all Chinese communications systems from our communications grid? Not classified, ie ‘Rip and Replace’?

Why did Trump et al trust Putin with the cyber dominance? No choice (2016, pre-45 swear-in)? Snowden?

To remove Russia as the de facto ‘admin’ to our entire networking system, US must completely wipe/shut down internet? Patchwork?
