>if you commit suicide, you don't go to heaven

Only if you are not one of His.

The only thing that will keep you out of Heaven is rejecting the Lordship of Jesus Christ and refusing to follow Him.

THAT IS THE ONLY THING THAT WILL SEND YOU TO HELL.

If suicide kept you out of Heaven, then so would murder, lust, envy, gluttony, homosexuality, anger, etc etc etc etc.

What if a Christian ate 3 pks of oreos and choked and died in the process. Gluttony is a sin. Going to hell? No human is that strong enough to thwart God's Purpose.

It doesn't work that way.

Sin is sin, anon, and no person, while in the human body, will ever be completely without sin - they don't have the ability to be sinless. That is the whole point of the Great Exchange - Jesus paying for our sin and conveying to us Not Guilty status (to those who follow Him).

Jesus said, once a person is in the Father's Hand, NOTHING - NOTHING - can remove that person or cause them to lose their salvation. If it were not so, then no one could be saved, because no one is ever without sin while on this earth.

That is intentional and unintentional sin. That doesn't mean we shouldn't try to live a moral life, as best we can, though, but we are by nature, fallible.

What if Judd said, "God forgive me for what I'm about to do?" God is all-knowing; He knew what she was about to do. We don't know where she went.

What if a Christian develops alzheimers, or ptsd, and in their eroded mental capacity, they commit suicide? Do they go to hell? I don't believe so.

God is omnipotent; all powerful. No human has the ability to perform any human action that can thwart God's Will and if He has you in His Hand, NOTHING can take you out - not even the worst human weakness.

>So I find this law at work: Although I want to do good, evil is right there with me. For in my inner being I delight in God’s law; but I see another law at work in me, waging war against the law of my mind and making me a prisoner of the law of sin at work within me. What a wretched man I am! Who will rescue me from this body that is subject to death? Thanks be to God, who delivers me through Jesus Christ our Lord!

Will a Christian (follower of Christ - this is the key) go to hell if they die while doing something they shouldn't?

Angel at Heaven's gate:

>Why are you here?

Thief on the cross next to Jesus:

>The man on the middle cross said I could come.
