It doesn't work that way unless the things you speak of are dried or dehydrated then added. Concrete mixed with water is a chemical reaction that creates heat, after moisture, which must be added, dries then the concrete gets hardened. Concrete is always curing until it gets so dry it cracks. this process takes years. so as far as humans being added, only if they are dehydrated(added to mix) or liquefied(added to the dry mix) either way, I doubt humans are added to concrete.
