Agreed it's the Canadian Federation of Municipalities meeting...HOWEVER...this portion of the meeting is not on the agenda and there are other things scheduled. A friend of mine actually went to Truro NS to see if the train would be there and sure enough that train had already been to Truro and was en route back to Halifax...however the official agenda has NO MENTION of train ride and the public and media were NOT ALLOWED down there. The Train site is pretty far away from the Convention site....I'M 4 hours away, so can't really get there to investigate myself. But here's the official site with official schedule.
