Who's to say that the police aren't being paid to look the other way? If there's anything we should have learned from these boards, it's that our governments and their agencies have been betraying the public's trust.

What better way to hide in plain sight? Make it look like a typical homeless camp. "Nothing to see here." They said there was a place at the site where the ground is loose. Much will depend on whether they find anything there.
