Anons, not tech smart and need some help. Been busy irl, haven’t been on in a few days. Logging on tonight with iPad and/or by phone using linked shortcut also typed out url and I get message in pic.

If I turn off WiFi and just use phone data I’m here instantly. Is it the internet provider stopping my ability to get here?
