>"Mother Nature" is amoral

Mother Nature is Truth, but you are going to have a tough sell to convince people that abortion "ain't that big a deal" when "miscarriages happen all the time" even though you are correct in that statement. Many miscarriages happen; at a rate that likely far exceeds the number of abortions, total. That doesn't mean that what anon said about diet, water, exposure to chemicals/"medicine" isn't to blame for all that, too. We're talking a cult of people that want to cull the population by any means necessary. Multiple attack vectors should be expected. In the end, the whole abortion debate really isn't even about abortion at all.

For the right, it's about reeling in irresponsible culture. The other part of the right's argument is something that is completely lost on people that "just want to have a good time and live their lives as they wish". That is the value of life. What the left doesn't understand (or do, and will never have a mature conversation about) is when a culture is OK with ending the life of the innocent, then they will eventually embrace the idea that ending other lives for other reasons is totally acceptable. When we devalue life, we devalue everything that is to be human. How do you really solve this issue, then?

If the right and left could actually have an adult conversation about when life starts, then the entire abortion issue would be put to rest rather quickly. Sure, there will be religious zealots that will always quote scripture, and there will be those on the left that will always demand partial birth abortions. Taking Elon's comment about free speech "balance" (10% on the right/left equally pissed and always upset) as a comparison, I'm sure there's a way this could be accomplished. The problem is all the adults are locked out of the debate room while all the social media influencers with millions of followers on twitter and the bought-and-paid-for politicians/judges with access to the controls are the ones making the decisions for everyone. Go and actually engage anyone on twitter arguing this right now. Ask when life begins. You won't get an answer, and if you do, it'll either be a space meme about "life" on some distant moon, or a piece of scripture that any pro-choice type will immediately reject. Ask either one to talk about the root issue and you'll get nothing. Crickets.
