Biden’s Labor Secretary Blocked Release of Records to Protect Convicted Child Rapist Police Union Boss

Joe Biden’s Secretary of Labor Marty Walsh blocked the release of records to protect a now-convicted pedophile police union boss when he was the mayor of Boston.

Last week, former Boston police union official and police officer Patrick Rose, 7, was convicted of raping six children over several decades. He plead guilty to 21 counts of child rape and sexual assault.

During his time as mayor, Walsh blocked records showing the city’s police department likely knew that Rose sexually assaulted a 12-year-old boy in the mid-90s.

“After Rose’s 2020 arrest for child rape, the Boston Globe requested records of a 1995 police department investigation into sexual assault allegations against the then-patrolman. Walsh claimed he could not release the records because they would include the name of Rose’s victim. But months after Walsh stepped down to join the Labor Department, the city released the records, which conceal the victim’s name and show that an internal police investigation concluded Rose likely sexually assaulted a 12-year-old boy,” the Washington Free Beacon reports.

After Walsh left to join the Biden Administration, his successor, former acting mayor Kim Janey, released the records almost immediately, showing the police union had pushed to reinstate Rose.

Rose has now been sentenced to serve 10 to 13 years in prison as well as 10 years of probation.

“You might have hurt me for three years straight, but now I’m getting stronger and stronger,” the youngest survivor said in a victim impact statement obtained by the Boston Globe. “Now, all the anger and hatred isn’t pointed towards myself. It’s pointed towards you.”

Rose was reportedly not the only abuser that Walsh protected in his role as mayor.

“A Boston police officer swore in an affidavit that Walsh was aware of domestic abuse allegations against former police commissioner Dennis White when the former mayor appointed him to the position,” the Free Beacon reports. “Walsh suspended White after the Globe reported on the accusations, but the mayor claimed he was unaware of the allegations. The Globe sought additional police records into White’s alleged abuse, but Walsh spiked the request.”

Patrick Semmens, vice president of the National Right to Work Legal Defense Foundation, told the Free Beacon that “it certainly calls further into question Marty Walsh’s ability to oversee union transparency which he is now in charge of at the Department of Labor.”

To be fair, out of the 107 federal entries and hundreds of Oregon records, most of his contributions have gone to republican candidates and causes. However, many of the contributions have gone to democrat candidates and associated PACs. He’s been a loyal donor to democrat Congressman Kurt Schrader, who has represented Oregon’s 5th Congressional district since 2008. It’s considered a swing district. Pierce has given him $15,900. Pierce’s money has gone to defeating Republicans in close races that determine the House majority.

Man acquitted of daughter's sexual abuse because he experienced 'sexsomnia' in his sleep

A second court has ruled a man who twice sexually abused his young daughter should be acquitted of the charges because he was asleep at the time.

Key points:

The man pleaded not guilty, saying the acts were caused by parasomnia, similar to sleepwalking

It's the second time the man has been found not guilty

A legal expert believes the case may be subject to appeal in the High Court

The man, known as DB, told the NSW District Court last year he experienced "sexsomnia" and the sexual assaults he perpetrated in 2019 were completely involuntary.

He pleaded not guilty to charges of sexual intercourse with, and sexual touching of, a child, saying the acts were caused by parasomnia, which is akin to sleepwalking.

Last week a bench of the Court of Criminal Appeal (CCA) upheld the not guilty verdicts handed down after a judge-alone trial in April 2021, with two of the three justices agreeing it was the correct decision.

Prosecutors had appealed the verdicts arguing the trial judge was wrong in finding DB was not suffering from a mental impairment causing a "disturbance of volition" when he abused his child.

The Crown argued for the special verdict of "act proven but not criminally responsible" to be made under the Mental Health and Cognitive Impairment Forensic Provisions Act.

Justice Helen Wilson, the lone dissenting member of the CCA bench, agreed with the Crown that the evidence showed DB had been affected from a disturbance of volition under the Act.

She proposed to quash the verdicts and order a retrial, but her view was in the minority.

Legal academic Elyse Methven said the dissenting judgement of Justice Wilson was in the spirit of the new Act introduced in 2021 to protect the public while modernising the approach to mental health in NSW’s court system.

"Her Honour took into account the purpose of the provision, which clearly has community safety in mind," she said.

"It shows how the new legislation can lead to informed minds logically coming to very different conclusions."

Dr Methven, senior lecturer at the Law Faculty of the University of Technology Sydney, said there was a "significant" difference between an acquittal and the special verdict, which may result in indefinite incarceration.

If the special verdict is delivered, a person could be held indefinitely if it's believed they posed a risk to the community.

Top German professor raises Covid vaccines alarm

After an estimated half a million cases of adverse effects, Professor Harald Matthes called on doctors to “take action”

Professor Harald Matthes of Berlin’s Charite University Hospital said on Tuesday that he has recorded 40 times more “serious side effects” from Covid-19 vaccinations than official German sources have acknowledged. As Matthes called on doctors to speak up for those allegedly injured, US pharma giant Pfizer released a tranche of data apparently showing its jab was far less effective than claimed.

Matthes has been conducting a study entitled ‘Safety Profile of Covid-19 Vaccines’ for a year, and after surveying 40,000 vaccinated people, he has noticed that one in every 125 have struggled with “serious side effects,” Germany’s MDR television network reported on Tuesday.

"The number is not surprising," Matthes explained. "It corresponds to what is known from other countries such as Sweden, Israel or Canada. Incidentally, even the manufacturers of the vaccines have already determined similar values ​​in their studies."

However, Matthes claimed that this risk profile is 40 times higher than that noted by the Paul Ehrlich Institute (PEI), the health ministry agency in charge of the country's vaccine rollout. The PEI currently states that serious reactions occur in just 0.2 out of every 1,000 vaccine doses administered.

26 Arrested In RivCo Child Exploitation Team Month-Long Warrant Search

Alleged crimes range from child sexual abuse material, attempting lewd acts with a child, and various parole violations.

RIVERSIDE COUNTY, CA — In April, 26 people — many of them registered sex offenders — were arrested in Riverside County for crimes ranging from possession of child sexual abuse material, attempting lewd acts with a child, and various parole violations, the Riverside County District Attorney's Office reported.

Over that month, the Riverside County District multiagency County Child Exploitation Team served search warrants at multiple locations in the cities of Beaumont, Corona, Indio, Lake Elsinore, Moreno Valley, and Murrieta, looking for possession of child sexual abuse material.

In six cases, six people were arrested, including one person who was a currently registered sex offender, Riverside County District Attorney spokesperson John Hall said.

A Murrieta resident was found possessing child sexual abuse material and was arrested, Hall told Patch, as was another resident of Lake Elsinore.

The District Attorney's office has not yet disclosed their names. Patch will add their identities when they are released.

During April, the team also checked on 52 registered sex offenders in Hemet to ensure all offenders complied with their registry terms.

"Those checks resulted in five arrests for violations of parole terms and 13 arrests for failure to register as sex offenders," Hall said.

The task force went undercover in an online investigation to catch another offender. One registered sex offender traveled to Riverside for what he thought would be a sexual encounter with a child, Hall said.

"That man was arrested and later determined to be a currently registered sex offender in San Diego County," Hall said in the report. Investigators also learned the man possessed child sexual abuse material upon his arrest.

The task force regularly conducts investigations into those who participate in the online exploitation of children. For more information go to www.rivcosafe.org.

Reporters on Wednesday grilled White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki on Biden’s claim “MAGA is the most extreme political organization” in US history.

Joe Biden had a “basket of deplorables” moment on Wednesday when he went off-script during remarks on his horrible economy.

Biden started rambling about ‘abortion rights’ as he took questions from reporters and lashed out at Trump supporters.

“What are the next things that are going to be attacked?” Biden said claiming overturning Roe v Wade could lead to LGBT children not being allowed in school classrooms.

“This MAGA crowd is really the most extreme political organization that’s existed in recent American history,” he added.

CNN’s Kaitlan Collins said, Biden “was sharply critical of the MAGA crowd…Is that what we should expect to speak his message going into the midterms?”

Psaki doubled down, saying “I would expect you will hear” more of this rhetoric from “him…over the next coming months”

Another reporter asked Psaki about Biden’s divisive comment and pointed out the MAGA crowd makes up a large percentage of voters.

Psaki defended Biden: “I think the president will be judged by Americans by his actions.”
