Chrome: The Metallurgical Industry (making stainless steel, machinery, tanks, armored vehicles); Chemical Industry (Electroplating, tanning, printing, dyeing, medicine, fuel, catalysts, oxidants, matches, and corrosion inhibition); As Refractory Materials (Lining of steel furnaces, other smelting surfaces); Cast Iron (Changes the Physical and Chemical properties of Cast Iron [Low, Medium, and High Chrome]); Automobile Industry (chrome now used in Automobile Brake Pads).

Vanadium: As ferrovanadium, (construction and rebar); Automotive (axles and crankshafts, hoods, door panels, piston rods); As Master Alloys (jet engine, airframe, and spacecraft manufacture: strength:weight ratio = fuel efficiency, nuclear reactors); Dye and glass/ceramic production; Sulfuric acid; with gallium, superconductive magnets; Health (Supplement medicines, L/Ag/V-oxide batteries for pacemakers, etc.)

Look. Is the ENTIRE world governed by Joe Biden think-alikes? Why were they importing these materials from Russia in the first place? Duh, I don’t know-maybe one or two of the industries listed above? And where will they find replacement sources (for a price, I’m sure)?
