Taking a stab in the dark here. But as a previous poster mentioned the glasses of water are curious. This photo in NO way would represent proper etiquette in a formal setting. Glasses are always put on a table in the top right hand position unless one knows that the individual is left handed and that is the personal preference. As the photo appears, Americans glasses are on the right and Brits are on the left. One interpretation would be that they are on opposing sides, however Q's post seems to infer that this message would scare people. When viewed from this angle, it is interesting that the glasses are all in alignment. Now, that message would scare the crap out of some people. Theory: May and her gov't is now with us against the Cabal.
